If you have a an oil leak around the valve cover chances are that your gasket has failed. If that is the case get a Genuine BMW valve cover gasket to refresh your valve cover and stop future leaking. This gasket is made of rubber it has a tendency to become brittle, crack and start to leak due to its constant exposure to heat and engine oil.

If your valve cover is leaking oil or you are experiencing vacuum leaks, there is a good chance your valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. This kit from Elring includes the three main valve cover gaskets that need to be replaced, including the inner and outer gaskets, as well as the high-pressure fuel pump gasket located on top of the valve cover. Replaces BMW p/n 11128621951, 11128638124, & 11128633750
