These CNC'd billet aluminum control arms allow you to adjust roll center, camber, and track width easily and lock in your adjustments securely. The construction of these control arms allows for significant weight savings, reducing unsprung weight, while maintaining high levels of strength that is up to track use and abuse. Instead of using traditional jam nuts, these Turner Control Arms utilize a pinch bolt and rotating clamp design that allows high clamping forces to lock in track width and camper specifications without making it difficult to keep bearings properly aligned. Stainless steel spacers are included to enable roll center correction for lowered vehicles. To further improve control arm operation over the OE design, these control arms use FK rod ends and high misalignment solid spherical bushings to get rid of binding and flex. For the enthusiast looking for superior performance and longevity with a crisp, confidence-inspiring driving experience, our sealed ball joint monoballs are the best solution available! Our experience with spherical front control arm ball joints go back to those we designed and used in our IMSA E90 328i and E92 M3 racecars (GS class Champions in 2011). We wanted to offer F80, F82, F83, and F87 owners similar levels of handling precision and control for the track and street. The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise. We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting. The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment. What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling. In short, if you're seeking the ultimate in precise, predictable handling and control, with crisp braking response and a long service life that’s equally at home on the street or track - look no further. We have you covered. We offer these control arms with the monoball bushings pre-installed for your convenience. One of the tricks for getting your F8x M3 or M4 to handle better is to add negative camber to the front wheels. This will put more of the tire's width in contact with the ground during cornering. With more rubber, there is more grip. BMWs typically have less camber in the front to create understeer, but if you're running a stock setup on the track or autocross, you are giving up speed and time as the front tires run out of grip sooner than they should. The stock Genuine BMW rear trailing arms (33322284534) are great for standard daily driving and occasional spirited driving, but they tend to fall flat on the track due to the soft rubber bushings causing excess deflection, creating undesirable handling characteristics, not to mention insufficient adjustability. Turner's new Performance Rear Traction Links increase stability and response by eliminating bushing deflection under hard acceleration and braking and help to reduce wheel hop on hard launches. Thanks to their adjustable design, these allow fine tuning of rear bumpsteer and anti-squat characteristics. These arms are designed for use in high-performance street and race vehicles. These traction links feature gun drilled 2024 Aluminum center links, clamps, and clevises, along with a 360-degree rotating clamp system. This combination provides superior strength, performance, durability, and ease of adjustment. No annoying jam nuts! A simple 3/16" Allen-key is all that is required to lock down your alignment settings. FK Spherical Rod Ends are utilized to reduce alignment change in the rear suspension under hard cornering, acceleration, and braking. They feature a Teflon liner to provide quiet operation, low friction, smooth articulation, and eliminate bushing deflection under load. The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race, offering a very high load carrying capacity and greatly increased dynamic wear characteristics. Even small changes to ride height and camber will effect toe settings, and the wide range of adjustment allows you to maximize grip on a track car and extend tire life on a street car. The factory rear toe arms utilize an eccentric bolt and washer for adjustment and lack precision and range. These toe links feature gun drilled 2024 Aluminum center links, clamps, and clevises, along with a 360-degree rotating clamp system. This combination provides superior strength, performance, durability, and ease of adjustment. No annoying jam nuts! A simple 3/16" Allen-key is all that is required to lock down your alignment settings. Best if tightened to 73.7 ft. lbs. (100 N/M). DO NOT OVERTORQUE! ECS is not liable for any issues due to overtorque. FK Spherical Rod Ends are utilized to reduce alignment change in the rear suspension under hard cornering, acceleration, and braking. The factory rubber may favor ride comfort, but it struggles to keep up when driving gets aggressive. As it wears, the OEM bushing can soften and deform, reducing stability and allowing wheel hop to creep in when you need traction most.

Our 95A durometer polyurethane bushings solve that problem. Engineered to strike the perfect balance between soft factory rubber and harsh solid mounts, they significantly reduce differential movement without introducing excessive vibration. The result is more efficient power transfer, so your torque goes straight to the rear wheels instead of being lost in drivetrain flex.

Our experience with spherical front control arm ball joints go back to those we designed and used in our IMSA E90 328i and E92 M3 racecars (GS class Champions in 2011). We wanted to offer F80, F82, F83, and F87 owners similar levels of handling precision and control for the track and street. The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise. We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting. The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment. What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling. We have you covered. We offer these control arms with the monoball bushings pre-installed for your convenience. Since BMW recommends the control arms be replaced for every other bushing change, we prefer to sell these as a pre-assembled set. The bushings are also available separately if you wish to source your own control arms. This aluminum spring seat fits between upper and lower 60mm springs to "join" them together. Typically you would have a main spring on top and a tender or helper spring on the bottom (or vice-versa). The spring joiner, or locator ring, fits between the springs with a retaining lip on the inside. We like this design better than an outside spring joiner because it's lighter and there's no material sitting on the outside where a tire might come in contact with it. These are priced per each.
