DO88's F8X intake is designed to pull cold air straight out from the front of the vehicle. This is because when the air filter is open in the engine, it allows the engine to pull warm air from the engine straight into the intake, causing a loss in power compared to cold air. The enclosed design with rubber gaskets allows you to make sure there are no leaks and that only the freshest of air is reaching your engine. With this upgrade, you could see up to +10 peak hp gain and 20+hp in mid-range rpm!
