The Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor provides pressure information to the engine control unit to calculate air density for determining the engine’s air mass flow rate. By replacing the OEM 27mm single-row core with a robust 35mm dual-row design, this heat exchanger dramatically increases both cooling capacity and surface area. Frontal area jumps from 307mm to 475mm, resulting in a 100% increase in coolant volume and significantly improved heat-soak resistance. The outcome?
