This weighted shift knob makes shifts faster and the extra-large globe shape encourages over-palm shifting. The Black Forest Industries Billet Knob weighs in at 8.8oz (250g), about twice as much as a stock knob and a little heaver than the BMW ZHP knob. The heavier knob amplifies the pendulum motion of the shift lever resulting in smoother and faster shift times. BFI has designed this knob for BMW and VW fitments to fit snug on the shift lever and be secured with Allen set screws. They were careful to reduce tolerances compared to universal knobs. The overall height of the BFI knob is the same as stock anatomic knobs (some BMW M/Performance models have a stock knob that is shorter than this one).
Included with the BFI Billet knob is a matching BFI crest shift emblem. A 5 or 6-speed pattern emblem is available separately.

APEX EC-7 18" Staggered Wheel Set -- 18x8.5" / 18x9.5"
This set of 8.5" and 9.5" ARC-8 wheels is an easy staggered fitment for the E46 M3 and Z4M models. These are a direct fit with no spacers or fender rolling required. We use an 8.5" ET35 on the front and a 9.5" ET22 on the rear. These are only slightly wider than the stock sizes. The rear wheels have a deeper curve to the spokes than the front wheels, emphasizing the RWD chassis and adding some muscularity to the stance.
APEX light alloy wheels are the next evolution in flow-forged wheel technology for BMWs. Flow-forming is a semi-forging process that produces a wheel typically stronger than a traditional cast wheel yet is still light weight. Note: careful consideration of wheel width, offset and tire sizing must be observed when choosing and installing larger wheels. Adding larger wheels may lead to rubbing on suspension components or bodywork. Wheel spacers, new alignment settings, inside fender modifications, or other adjustments may be required.
