If the mounting stud bolts are also damaged, you will need 3 of BMW part number 07129904544. BMW has eliminated the dipstick in favor of electric oil level sensors located in the bottom of the oil pan. These sensors are designed to monitor both the oil level and oil condition, alerting you when the oil level is too low or the quality of the oil has dropped and should be changed. Unfortunately, like many BMW electrical components, these sensors are prone to failure and can result in improper level and quality readings.
