Upgrade your stock oil cooler thermostat for improved performance. Swap your factory 110-degree Celsius thermostat for a new 70-degree Celsius version for faster oil flow and extended temperature control. With oil temperatures reaching 230 degrees Fahrenheit by the time your factory thermostat opens, initiating oil flow at lower temperatures proves more effective than attempting to cool down already elevated temperatures.
Utilizing a factory-style thermostat, this upgrade can be used in all weather conditions and allows your engine to warm up properly, unlike thermostat bypass kits.
Kit contents:
Lower temperature thermostat - 70c (158F) vs Factory 110c (230F)
Low temp thermostat spring

Experience peace of mind with Achilles Motorsports' upgraded oil pump shaft kit, designed specifically to address the well-known harmonics-related issues plaguing the M54 engine. Say goodbye to worries about oil pump shaft failures causing sudden oil pressure drops.
Achilles Motorsports goes above and beyond, crafting their oil pump shafts from the toughest materials and subjecting them to rigorous heat treatment processes for maximum strength. The core of this kit features a hardened Chromoly shaft, precision centerless ground to ensure absolute accuracy. What sets this kit apart is its exclusive square key lock system, preventing gear slippage and reinforcing the gear mounting area for added durability.
No more concerns about the oil pump nut coming loose—Achilles Motorsports has replaced it with an extended-length bolt, EDM drilled for safety wire, ensuring a secure fit in all conditions. Avoid costly engine repairs due to oil pump failures by taking proactive measures with this comprehensive upgrade kit.
This kit, curated by the team at Turner Motorsport, includes everything you need for a complete upgrade:

Ensure your BMW's oil level is accurately monitored with the Bremmen Parts oil level sensor. If your car displays a yellow oil light upon startup, it's a sign of a failing sensor affecting oil level readings. Simple to replace, this sensor is located at the oil pan's bottom. Follow straightforward steps: drain the oil, replace the sensor, clean the area, and install the new sensor. The kit includes a new sealing O-ring for a leak-free installation, ensuring your engine's proper oil level monitoring.
