BC Racing has made a name for themselves in the automotive enthusiast communities by developing adjustable, street-and-track capable coilover kits for over a decade that are not only highly effective but also don't break the bank! The BR Series coilover suspension kit features mounting points and brackets that are compatible with all stock mounting locations and components. It is their most popular and versatile suspension setup, offering linear springs (where possible), 30 levels of dampening adjustment including simultaneous compression and rebound control, and a 2-inch minimum ride height drop. All BR Series kits are Dyno tested to determine the best valving and spring rates for each chassis and are tested for a minimum of 6 months before being released to the public to ensure ride quality and reliability. All upper shock and strut mounts are constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum to ensure a lightweight and incredibly strong design. Front design options include Caster/Camber Plates, Camber plates, and Rubber Mount Plates. See below for the option fitted to your chassis's BR Series Kit. The adjustable plate designs allow for up to 3 degrees of camber adjustment. The Rubber Mount Plates are better for preventing unwanted NVH. Lower shock mounts are either made of 6061-T6 Aluminum just like the top mounts (Fork or Bolt Eye Style Mount) that have been milled from a single piece of material, or high-quality STKM13C steel with all brackets welded robotically. Both styles are then powder coated for corrosion protection and styling. All springs used, linear, S-barrel, and v-barrel, are made of SAE9254 steel and utilize a Zinc coating under a powder coating finish to ensure rust cannot penetrate the metal of the spring and compromise performance or reliability. Liner springs are used in places possible unless otherwise limited by the OE design of the vehicle that does not allow it. In that case, S-Barrel or V-Barrel springs are used to match OE shape/style specifications and the spring's rate is then matched to the linear rate. BC Racing creates their kits utilizing a wide variety of shock types, lengths, and diameters. Each vehicle depending on their data from R&D, and accounting for the OEM suspension design will utilize a different style of shock. Each shock is hand assembled in their factory and dyno tested before use in their kits. Shocks are paired together by their compression and rebound numbers after dyno testing for even and precise quality and performance. Each shock body used in their system is 53mm for added strength, performance, and increased fluid capacity (unless limited spacing will not allow it). The shocks are then coated in black chrome for a clean, cohesive appearance and corrosion resistance. This mount package contains all of the commonly replaced rubber mounts and pads for the front and rear shocks on a 1999-2005 E46 3-series (not for M3 or xi AWD). While you're installing new front struts and rear shocks these are easily installed - there's no additional labor and special tools are not required. Since these pieces are mostly rubber, they dry up and crack over time. Re-using them lead to problems with fitment or noise, and may have safety issues as well. These mounts and pads are the perfect complement to your new shocks to help restore your car's handling and performance.

Rear shock mount gaskets The spring pads, dust boots, and bump stops can be added from the menu below. Note that front bump stops and dust boots are generally not required if you're using Bilstein struts, Bilstein coil overs, H&R coil overs, or KW coil overs. Those struts come with their own front bump stops and boots and may include rear stops and boots as well.

We offer three varieties of the rear shock mounts - OEM, Repair Shop, and HP alum-rubber. We recommend either the Repair Shop or HP mounts because the stock OEM design has a flaw that can lead to premature failure of the mounts. The Repair Shop and HP mounts use a different design that will last longer and the Repair Shop mounts also have a lifetime warranty!

Replacement stock upper link (wishbone) #33326777980 for the E82 1-series and E9X 3-series. The wishbone helps to locate the rear suspension to the subframe and controls changes in the alignment as the suspension moves. As the rubber bushings wear, the alignment can change drastically, leading to a loose or floating handling feel. This is the stock replacement that fits either the Left or Right of the car. Each HM Coilover system features inverted mono-tube dampers with independently adjustable compression and rebound. The HM Series uses an inverted mono-tube damper, just like the RM Series, but adds the independent compression and rebound adjustment of the ER Series. Each HM Series Coilover System uses inverted mono-tube dampers front and rear on McPherson strut vehicles with steel braided lines leading from the top of the damper to the external reservoirs. The external reservoirs allow for a higher oil capacity with the added benefit of increased thermal dissipation, they also house the secondary damping piston. Individual customization can be achieved in 16 precise click positions, allowing you to choose between more comfort or more body control. The two-step patented TVR-A technology allows the damper oil to flow through an adjustable, conical low-speed valve during slow piston speeds, while during higher piston speeds the main rebound stage valve opens to handle the flow of large volumes of oil. This provides a major improvement in ride comfort without influencing the high-speed in the safety-relevant zone. Two-Step Compression Stage Valve with Low and High-Speed KW TVCLH-A Adjustment Technology This is the high-end motorsports technology for the most demanding street and track performance customers. Two separate valves and a two-way adjustable compression stage valve allow separate compression damping changes in the low and high-speed range. The adjustments are made via two adjustment dials with click increments that feature 16 settings (with 15 clicks) in the high-speed valve housing and 7 settings (with 6 clicks) in the low-speed housing. During tuning at the KW drive dynamics test facility, the groundbreaking V4 coilover suspension is tuned to a mid-level basic setting for the best road performance with an additional recommended setting for occasional track day use. The 3A Clubsport coilover suspension is tuned to a mid-level factory setting especially for track day use, with an additional recommended setting for the drive to the race track. Starting from the factory setting, the damping can be set firmer or softer for low and high-speed. External Reservoir The use of KW reservoirs provides additional volume for additional oil and additional cooling capacity for extremely high-performance setups.
