335 TITANIUM VALVED CATBACK EXHAUST
Increase flow, turn up the volume, and shed some weight for the track. These exhaust components are strikingly good looking with beautiful welded pie cut construction and offer weight savings of over 55%. You can drop more than half the weight of your factory exhaust and give your car the aggressive sound it should have came optioned with from the factory.
We set out to amplify the F30/F32 with a proper exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers increased flow, reduced weight by 27lbs, and deliver an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the turbo inline-6 N55 engine. The increase in flow is gained from single free flowing 3.0" titanium exhaust pipes that feed into the best designed muffler on the market. Our Turner muffler is specifically designed with flow in mind to ensure that even with the exhaust valves closed, the muffler flows and sounds better than the stock muffler. Weight reduction is achieved by replacing the factory piping with lightweight Ti22 titanium and a full titanium muffler for the most weight advantage possible. PERFORMANCE N55 STEPPED INTERCOOLER
Engines make more power when you're able to move as much air and fuel as possible through them. However, air density is just as important as air volume. Cooler air is denser air, so in addition to keeping your engine cool, it's important to make sure that your intake charge is as cool as possible. Turner Motorsport's upgraded intercooler works to reduce air temperatures with a bare minimum of pressure drop. Less pressure drop means less restriction, and a turbocharger that doesn't have to work as hard. This results not only in a longer service life for your turbocharger, but a substantial increase in performance as well.
The stepped design increases volume and surface are in a limited space by adding an additional smaller core at the top of the intercooler. Both cross sectional area and frontal surface area are increased by a whopping 56%, with a design that still weighs under 20 pounds. On the stock intercooler, the temperature differential between the inlet and outlet sides of the intercooler represented a 95 degree drop. With the Turner Motorsport intercooler, that drop was increased to a chilling 140 degrees. The dyno results don't lie: as a bolt-in upgrade, expect gains of 18 wheel horsepower and 10 lb/ft of torque. With a tune and supporting modifications, further gains are possible, up to 36 horsepower and 28 lb/ft of torque.

There is something about a cat-back exhaust that is just so good. Being able to unbolt and replace the entire visible exhaust gives you butterflies in your stomach. A fresh new exhaust and just knowing that things are about to get rowdy. This exhaust features twin 2.5" brushed pipes with flanges that bolt directly to your factory and aftermarket down-pipes. The dual 2.5" mid-pipes make their way toward the rear axle and converge into a single 3" exhaust section. The 3" exhaust section snakes through the rear section of the car making smooth dips and curves to make its way into a light-weight 3" turbo style muffler. Don't be fooled by the 135 muffler, the size is nothing but deceiving. The turbo-style muffler features an inner design that refines the exhaust note to perfection. An extraordinary mixture of both tone and volume. Paired with the 3" muffler is your choice of 3.5" exhaust tips that give your rear diffuser a sporty look that shouts performance.
Although both N54 and N55 share identical exhaust geometry, the N55 mid-pipes do not feature secondaries. Though the N55 cat-back is compatible with N54 downpipes this is not suggested. Supposedly this N55 catback sounds absolutely glorious on an N54, even with aftermarket downpipes.

Over 6500 rpm is a sonorous note that lives rent free in the enthusiasts mind that can make a believer out of anyone who doubted the capable E46 M3. At Turner, all our Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that we develop in house. Our G8x Intake is no exception. Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Our engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, our Intake is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations and proven to flow better than factory.

The oval intake tube design matches the OE look, allowing the intake to be used with the factory structural brackets that the intake goes through. However, the cross-sectional area of the Turner Carbon Fiber intake tube is greater than the stock intake tube, with a smooth interior for even better flow. The carbon intake tube is manufactured using 2X2 twill weave carbon fiber, and the intake tube is protected by a gloss finish clear coat for UV protection.
With the oval design of the intake tube, the custom air filter had to be designed for this intake system. The air filter is specially designed to seal against the carbon fiber airbox, eliminating any opening for hot air to enter the airbox! We created a conical hi-flow reusable air filter; featuring 8 ply oiled cotton gauze construction to maximize filtration efficiency. This filter features a Bellmouth (velocity stack) filter flange inlet to reduce turbulence in order to maximize flow.

The B58 engine earned the badge "Worlds 10 Best Engines" four times as of 2023. In 2016 the single turbo straight six found its way to the leaderboards for the first time and followed up in 2017, 2019, and 2020 staying on the charts as one of the best engines in the WORLD.
Our new cat-back exhaust is designed to take out restrictions, maximize flow and give your B58 a signature exhaust note that will excite you on every drive. From the factory your vehicle comes equipped with a combination of three mufflers and resonators that do a great job of silencing the exhaust and restricting flow. There is a center muffler(one restriction), rear section resonator(two restrictions) and a bulky muffler(three restrictions!). With all of those stop gates how do you expect to get the maximum performance out of your vehicle, you simply cannot do so. Lucky for our in-house engineers you no longer have to deal with the quiet and limiting factory exhaust.
To create a cat-back exhaust for this incredible engine the changes happen right after the downpipe. We replaced the factory oval pipe with our full 3.0" T304 stainless steel piping. The true 3.0" exhaust makes its way through the center and rear of the car without the center muffler or resonator to keep flow to a maximum! With smooth mandrel bent transitions our exhaust passes perfectly under the rear subframe for a factory equivalent fit. Positioned in the rear of the car is our signature B58 muffler with beautiful inlet and outlet piping that creates the perfect exhaust tuning. Featuring relief cut slip joints and fabricated sheet metal brackets the exhaust can be fully adjusted and mounted seamlessly in the factory locations. Dual 4.0" exhaust tips are optioned to fill out the open space in the rear diffuser and complete the rear profile of the vehicle.

Our F Chassis B58 Valved Cat-back was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team at Turner. Nothing but the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer and rigorous long term product testing.
B58 Engine Design:
BMW's first mass produced turbo charged engine, the N54 took the world by storm opening a whole can of worms in the car industry and aftermarket community. A new era of motors were created with the new B58 roughly 9 years after the N54 had been tested and pushed to its limits along with its single turbo companion, the N55. In 2015 the modular engine family was created and the B58 was released into the wild to set a new standard in performance and reliability. Turning back to their roots the B58 engine features a closed-deck engine design similar to the N54 that allows a massive increased in boost pressure capacity and heightened compression ratio. Thought the B58 is similar in weight and size to its predecessor, the new modular engine makes considerably more power right off the rip. With the new block design heat management has been upgraded to reduce the affects of heat cycling to slow the rate of cooling and prevent engine components from failing due to rapid cooling. Just like the N55 the B58 comes fitted with dual vanos, valvetronic and a single twin scroll turbo. Just 8 years experience of this motor we can all agree that the B58 looks like it could be the future of motors to come. This tunable engine has been tested up to 1000hp with the stock block and hosts a platform for the community to break into a whole new class of attainable "supercar killers".

The factory B58 charge pipe is made from plastic to reduce weight and manufacturing costs. While this is great for the production line and the sticker price, it doesn't hold up well as the engine ages or in the case of increased power.
Replacing the weak plastic stock part with a solid aluminum one like this will ensure proper functionality under higher levels of boost and eliminate wear caused by the heating and cooling of plastic pipes. You can also safely turn up the boost on your B58 once this kit is installed, and not worry about the problematic factory piece.

This exhaust allows you to turn up the volume and let the S55 roar a hearty exhaust tone. Let's be honest, what's the point of owning an S55 if you're not going to upgrade the exhaust? Turner's signature muffler design allows you to transfer the exhaust valve from your factory system directly onto your new Turner system. The Turner exhaust signature muffler design allows for two flow paths that change both tone and volume. With the vehicle in eco or comfort mode, the valves remain closed, with the closed valves the exhaust system allows the gasses to flow through the muffler toning down the volume and giving a more refined exhaust note. While in driving modes sport or sport+ the valve opens and the flow path changes to a "straight flow path" essentially turning into a straight-piped exhaust for the least amount of restriction and the most amount of twin-turbo S55 sound!

Turner Motorsport F87 Skid Plate - Milled Finish
The F87 M2 Competition & M2 CS models are simply amazing to drive; don't let road debris keep you from enjoying the moment. These cars have so much packed under the hood to get you this experience it causes the oil cooler to be placed face-down to the road. This makes the cooler an easy target for impact, which can prove catastrophic as the stock belly pan is designed from a flexible plastic material. We've heard stories of small branches, scrap pieces that fell from trucks to large ice chunks impact the cooler immediately draining the car of its oil. If you don't catch this right away this could cause serious internal engine damage due to oil starvation.
Turner's in-house engineering designed a skid plate to protect your oil cooler from these unfortunate situations while maintaining factory aerodynamics and fitment. The idea was to design something much stronger yet that still keeps the weight to a minimum. The Turner skid plate weighs slightly more than the plastic OE piece, making the Turner plate the lightest metal option on the market. This skid plate requires no modification and mounts using the existing factory hardware. Using a trim seal to press against the oil cooler allows the airflow to pull heat from the cooler the same way the OE belly pan was designed.
