Available for both 2.3L and Turner 2.5L engines, a a Turner Conforti Performance Chip gives you the biggest bang for your buck! Jim Conforti tuned these chips on the dyno to boost mid range torque and increase horsepower in the upper RPM range. While not exactly producing V8-levels of torque you will definitely like the power increase across the rev band. The best thing is that there is NO downside to installing a Turner Performance Chip.Turner Motorsport has been in the BMW chip business since 1995 and all chips have been dyno-tuned to achieve optimum performance and safety. The factory 35i exhaust system is pretty wide open with a minimal of restrictions - except for the catalytic converter. Supersprint metallic sport catalytic converters are sourced from HJS of Germany. For 30 years HJS has been supplying motorsports teams with sport cats when rules required them. HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Supersprint works closely with HJS to spec a catalytic converter that is correct for the vehicle and engine package. This allows for a substantial increase in flow but which, at the same time, keeps the environmental specs within European limits. With any high-flow catalytic converter, special software or other work may be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from displaying. Supersprint catalytic converters are sold for track and other off-road uses only.

Supersprint "F1 Race" mufflers are the best route for letting the S62 rip! These small and lightweight mufflers are among the loudest and most aggressive exhausts on the market with a finely-tuned exhaust note that accentuates the M5's V8 nicely, especially on downshifts. Other cars will take note when this exhaust is around. Combine these with the Supersprint X-Pipe for even more volume. These mufflers slip on in place of the stock mufflers for a more aggressive sound and sportier appearance. The F1 Race mufflers also use 90mm tips (20mm larger than the standard Race mufflers).

Supersprint's classic sound for the E30 M3 produces a ripping, Motorsport-inspired wail, especially when combined with the center resonator section. This rear muffler is a slip on cat-back system in a new stainless steel design (the old material was a coated mild steel). Rear muffler alone will give you an excellent hair-raising exhaust note that won't be mistaken for anything but an S14.

Headers should be part of any M20 performance project or restoration. These Supersprint tubular headers are a larger diameter and have better flow than the stock cast iron exhaust manifolds and they make more power. And since the stock headers are known to be brittle and can crack over time these make for an excellent upgrade replacement.
This header system mimics the stock exhaust after the header collectors. It uses the same 3-bolt flange as the original 323 center resonator. This makes them a direct swap from the stock manifolds and downpipes and an easy fitment for a 323 with the stock exhaust. Supersprint also makes a center resonator section and rear mufflers to build a complete system.
