At Turner we are very familiar with the N55 and B58. These are the new generation engines that you you can pull quite a bit of power from quite easily, if you want to put the power to the pavement the factory bushings and reinforcement just wont cut it. With soo many performance parts available for the turbocharged engines, it is very easy to make power but keeping the car under control can be another story. Reduce wheel hop, extend the life of your bearings, and add stability to your chassis!

Our in-house engineers created a solution to help transfer the power to the ground, the result is a simple yet astounding improvement to the performance of your vehicle. The rear diff brace helps put power down by reducing wheel hop and preventing losses during power transfer. With the added rigidity the rear end feels tighter for high speed applications and will extend the life of your choice of OE or aftermarket bushings.

Soft factory rubber differential bushings absorb vibrations between the chassis and differential, providing comfort and softness for normal driving conditions. As these bushings wear you will experience lackluster performance/response and they will need to be replaced. You can extend the life of these bushings while providing increased chassis stability with our differential brace for your F chassis. Add new poly differential bushings for an even better experience (T#:656153)

Made in the USA TMS E90/E92/E82 (NON M) solid differential mounts are designed around current Grand Am Cup regulations, derived from, and currently used in TMS racecars. Thick Delrin casings are used as the non-metallic solid bushing. Replacing your differentials rubber mounts with this kit will result in a snappier feel when cornering and better suspension performance. The stock E30 differential cover features a single mounting provision—fine for a stock M20, but guaranteed to fail on your boosted high-horsepower M5X build. After years of broken covers, mounting tabs, and dreams, our team of E30 enthusiasts engineered the ultimate fix.

Unlike the brittle OEM cast aluminum cover, our upgraded differential cover is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, offering a 30% increase in material strength alone. More importantly, a secondary mounting ear has been integrated into the design for added support, drastically improving stability and driveline shock absorption. The secondary mount is tied into the chassis using a reinforced sheet metal bracket and a billet aluminum plate, allowing for bolt-on installation or welding for ultimate rigidity.

Another major flaw of the factory E30 differential cover is its lack of any cooling provisions, leading to overheated fluid and premature wear. Our engineers solved this issue by incorporating advanced cooling features into the design. Large external fins have been added to the cover, and are optimized using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis to efficiently dissipate heat, reducing overall fluid temperatures. By maintaining a more stable differential temperature, this cover ensures consistent performance and extends the lifespan of your differential fluid. A built-in air duct assists in cooling by increasing airflow around the differential, further preventing heat-related failures. Our cover features optional -6AN fittings, allowing for easy integration of an external fluid cooler if desired. Finally, a 1/8 NPT port is included with the kit to ensure compatibility with fluid temperature monitoring systems.

Precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a black hard coat anodizing, this cover is built to withstand hard use. Despite its robust construction and superior durability, this differential cover retains factory mounting features. This means any E30 188mm differential cover bushing can be installed, allowing you to tailor our upgraded cover to your build. The cover also accommodates large rear sway bars, ensuring fitment on cars with upgraded suspension. Our proprietary removable air duct provides easy access to sensor bungs, fill plugs, and drain plugs, making differential service a breeze.

Made in the USA For our Grand-Am Cup E46 M3s we wanted a fully solid differential mount setup. The advantages of a fully-solid aluminum set is that they last forever, quickens response in the suspension, and frees up horsepower to the wheels. These fully solid aluminum diff mounts are CNC machined and lightened for a direct replacement of the original rubber pieces.

By substituting aluminum for rubber we can take out all of the deflection and 'wind up' inherent to the original rubber pieces. The high deflection rate of the stock rubber means the suspension reacts slower as the bushing is compressed. The power used to compress that bushing is instead passed straight to the axles and wheels. And since there is no time lost to deflection, response is greatly improved. These diff mounts are only recommended for racecars since the aluminum transfers more noise and vibration.

This is a 3-piece set with a single front bushing and two rear bushings to press into the cover. They mount with the stock BMW hardware.

Not only will this be noisy but it's bad for driver confidence and bad for the chassis as well. Even on fresh rubber bushings the differential has deflection and twist, especially if the car has been modified for more torque. Since the differential is centrally mounted in the rear subframe, with all suspension mounts interconnected, a differential with too much deflection will affect handling and could even damage the rear subframe.

These 88A urethane E46 M3 diff mounts are much stiffer than stock but still not as solid as our Turner aluminum/Delrin bushings. This set will resist twisting much better than the stock rubber mounts. Included is the front diff mount and two rear mounts in the cover.

Urethane mounts keep the differential from twisting under load. As torque is put through the driveline it causes anything to twist and move. The differential is mounted to the subframe and the twisting and deflection can be transferred to the rest of the chassis. With a stiffer mount the differential will not deflect as much. This improves seat-of-the-pants feeling to the driver, giving more feedback for smoother power delivery. In theory, there's also more torque being sent to the drive wheels since it's not being used up shifting the diff weight around.

These are tough 88A durometer urethane bushings with a anodized almunum center sleeve, engineered by ECS. This is a set of E36 diff bushings - 1 for the front and 2 for the rear cover. New high-grade hardware is included (the front bolt has a tendency to snap from all that torque twisting!).

VTT noticed a hole in the F9X X3/4M market for a high-quality, lightweight, NVH-friendly, and easy-to-install Diff Lock Down kit to improve diff stability under launching, and hard cornering. So we did something about it and went to work on a very innovative design that 100% positively locks the diff down from movement, while shielding it from adding a ton of NVH, and can be used with the stock diff, and subframe bushings. This design uses existing mounting points on the vehicle, you do NOT have to remove the subframe or the Diff to install. Simply remove 4 differential bolts, drill two holes in the subframe slightly bigger, install two M8 riv-nuts, and install the lockdown, you do not even have to move the exhaust. A typical install can be 30-45 minutes for someone who is experienced working on vehicles, an hour or two if you like taking it slow. Features: Lightweight 1.5 lbs for the entire lockdown plate Uses FOUR connection points on the Diff, and three on the subframe for the ultimate in positive diff location, this will stop all diff movement on launch, saving your guibos, etc 100% Billet construction from 6061-T6 aluminum Anodized in 3 colors for corrosion resistance, a long-lasting finish, and good looks The subframe does NOT have to be removed for installation Uses all 12.9 grade hardware Does not add excessive NVH Positively locks down the diff to eliminate all unwanted movement under launches, acceleration, cornering, etc.
