"Oil-Free" ProDry S Filter

This intake kit replaces your restrictive factory air box. It features a 3-angle aluminum velocity stack adapter, 1.6mm powder-coated steel heat shield, trim sealed to seal out hot engine air, and a custom aFe brand cotton filter.

This version has an oil-free filter media for less maintenance. For the best flowing filter, with the best performance gain, we always recommend the standard aFe "Pro5R " filter (which has a blue pre-oiled filter media), but this oil-free filter flows only slightly less than the blue Pro5R style aFe filter, and requires no re-oiling after cleaning the filter.

By removing your stock intake air box, you are removing the most restrictive portion of your intake system, increasing both horse power and torque, improving acceleration as well as throttle response.

Direct more fresh cool air from your BMW's center/nose grills to your intake, with the aFe D.A.S. (Dynamic Air Scoops). These two "scoops" install behind your front grills to direct more airflow into the factory intake snorkel used on the 2006-2010 M5 and 2006+ M6. Scoops are a direct bolt-in install, and include installation instructions and required hardware for a simple install. When combined with a higher flowing filter, such as the aFe stock replacement filter these scoops help get the maximum benefit of a higher efficiency filter by providing cooler, fresh outside air directly into the intake snorkel.

This is a drop-in stock replacement aFe performance air filter that installs into your BMW's factory airbox. This particular filter fits the following BMWs:

E36 3 series: 318i 318is 318ic 318ti 1992-1998
Z3 : Z3 1.9

Bring your aFe filter back to life with a Restore kit from aFe. Included is filter cleaner & replacement oil. These air filter oils is designed to not harm MAF sensors, while allowing the filter to catch as much debris as possible.

Reinforced Silicone:
These couplings feature high temperature 5-Ply reinforced silicone material which meet or exceed SAEJ20 Standard.

Durable Couplings:
Allow for expansion, movement, and extreme vibration between two hard pipes while reducing the possibility of connections coming apart or having your hard pipe or other equipment break.

2007-2010 E9X BMW 335i w/ N54

This BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2007-2010 BMW 335i (E9X) L6-3.0L (tt) N54 engines, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 5" bar and plate core design. This design outflows the factory tube and fin core design, while the 3/16" TIG-Welded end tanks offer superior strength and durability. In testing, this intercooler showed gains up to +14 horsepower and +18 lbs. x ft. without any type of tune, and dropped the intake air temperature up to 10 degrees.

End Tanks: 
The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16" thick aluminum plates and include two 1/8" NPT ports for sensors or water-methanol injection.

5" Bar and Plate Core Design:
The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow and increased heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the factory.

TIG-Welded:
100% TIG-Welded inside and out by a certified craftsmen for strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds while reducing stress cracks.

Pressure Tested: 
The BladeRunner Intercooler is test pressure rated at 200psi.

Perfect Fit:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation. The billet 2 1/2" intercooler inlet utilizes a factory style quick connect to assure compatibility with the factory hot side inlet tube. The supplied cold side tube retains the factory style throttle body quick connect and retains the factory diverter valve connections. This kit will not work with the factory cold side intercooler tubing.
