Red Line 75W90 is a full synthetic high-performance gear oil that is an excellent substitute for expensive factory fluid and an upgrade over off-the-shelf economy fluid. Red Line thoroughly evaluates the manufacturer's recommendations and only makes a fluid recommendation if their own product meets or exceeds the original specification. In many cases the Red Line synthetic will outperform the factory supplied fluids. We've been using Red Line Oil in our BMWs since we opened in 1994 and it remains our best selling BMW differential fluid. 75/90 is the weight most commonly used in BMW differentials since the 1960s, including the factory clutch-type limited-slip diffs (exceptions being M3/M5/M6 cars since 2001).

This DCT service kit that takes the guesswork out of a fluid change . No need to track down the correct fluid and plugs, simply open the box, and get the job done the correct way. By servicing your DCT transmission, you will be assured that old, broken down fluid won't cause a several thousand dollar nightmare. We recommend this service every 40,000 miles to keep your transmission going strong for years to come.

Kit includes:

5 quarts of Pentosin DCTF-1 fluid
DCT transmission cartridge and suction filters
Drain and fill plugs

Please note: We include 5 quarts of DCT fluid because without a GT1 diagnostic tool and much more involved labor, you will not be able to replace over 5 quarts of fluid. Many elect to do this service and simply flush the fluid 5,000 miles later to ensure all fluid has been flushed, but this is not mandatory.

Both the cartridge and suction filters have their own challenges in replacing. For best results, replace both.

This is the OE shifter for the E46 325xi and the 330xi (up to 03/2003) and the E36 Z3 1.9 and 2.5.

The shift lever out of the Z3 1.9 delivers a smooth and quiet shift without the notchiness and effort of aftermarket short shift kits. The Z3 shifter in the E30 is approximately 20% shorter than the original E30 shifter - less reduction than a full short shift kit but the perfect compromise between stock and aftermarket. We have installed multiple shift levers in the E30 but the Z3 1.9 feels the best to us. The shift knob height is reduced by about 1/4". This is the Genuine BMW Z3 1.9 shift lever and a direct fit to 6/86-1992 E30 318i/is, 325e/es, and 325i/is.

E30 install note: there is a bowl-shaped vibration damper mounted with the transmission flex disc (guibo). This damper needs to be removed or you need to bend the stock selector rod so it will clear. Most E30s already have the vibration damper removed so don't be surprised if it's not there. If you do choose to remove it, this would be the perfect time to replace the flex disc. On some 325e models the flex disc is a larger diameter and the selector rod will need to be bent to clear it.

BMW has been labeling fluids as "lifetime" for quite some time now, and as enthusiasts and owners have learned over the years, there simply is no fluid that last a lifetime. With that being said, Turner Motorsport has assembled a proper DCT service kit that takes the guesswork out of the equation. No need to track down the correct fluid and plugs, simply open the box, and get the job done the correct way. By servicing your DCT transmission, you will be assured that old, broken down fluid won't cause a several thousand dollar nightmare. Turner Motorsport recommends this service every 40,000 miles to keep your transmission going strong for years to come. Kit includes: 5 quarts of Pentosin DCTF-1 fluid DCT transmission cartridge and suction filters Drain and fill plugs Oil pan with gasket Please note: We include 5 quarts of DCT fluid because without a GT1 diagnostic tool and much more involved labor, you will not be able to replace over 5 quarts of fluid. Many elect to do this service and simply flush the fluid 5,000 miles later to ensure all fluid has been flushed, but this is not mandatory. Both the cartridge and suction filters have their own challenges in replacing. For best results, replace both.
