Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Swapping in E46 control arms into your E30 or E36 will significantly increase negative camber by widening the track width and will also give you more clearance for more steering angle. Condor's conversion bushings are machined from UHMW due to its high rigidity and low coefficient of friction allowing for minimal suspension bushing deflection (geometry change). They've designed them offset to re-center the wheel and give your e30/e36 the correct caster. They will include a stainless-steel insert that tightly presses over the hex pattern on the E46 control arms. You do not need to grind down your control arms or make any other modifications to your chassis. Please note that you will need to use E36 outer tie rods and E90 inner tie rods when installing in an E30 or E36.

Fitment:
Fits the following Meyle and Lemforder arms with 21-22MM Hex.

LEMFORDER ZHP - 31122282121 & 31122282122
LEMFORDER - 31126777851 & 31126777852
MEYLE HD - 31126777851 & 31126777852
*Please note that Meyle makes a standard e46 control arm and a Heavy Duty control arm. SOME HD arms have a hex that is larger in size. These HD control arms may need to be shaved 1-2 mm for proper fitment.

The Powerflex Handling Pack for the BMW F2X (2 Series) and F3X (3 Series) RWD is an all-in-one solution for improving the handling, stability, and overall driving dynamics of these rear-wheel-drive BMW models. This pack is designed to replace the softer factory rubber bushings with durable polyurethane bushings, giving the car a sharper, more responsive feel, particularly under demanding driving conditions.

Components of the Powerflex Handling Pack:

  1. Front Control Arm Bushings:

    • Upgrading these bushings significantly reduces flex in the front suspension, resulting in more precise steering and better feedback from the road. With less deflection, the suspension geometry remains more consistent, particularly during hard braking or cornering.
  2. Front Anti-Roll Bar Bushings:

    • Replacing the factory rubber anti-roll bar bushings with firmer polyurethane helps reduce body roll, ensuring that the vehicle stays more level through corners. This provides enhanced cornering grip and stability, making the car feel more agile and responsive.
  3. Rear Trailing Arm Bushings:

    • These bushings maintain proper rear wheel alignment by reducing movement in the trailing arms. This leads to better rear-end stability during cornering, braking, and acceleration, and prevents unwanted changes in toe alignment, which can affect handling.
  4. Rear Anti-Roll Bar Bushings:

    • Firmer rear anti-roll bar bushings enhance rear stability and reduce body roll. This upgrade ensures that the car's rear suspension reacts more quickly and precisely during cornering, helping to maintain balance and grip, especially in high-performance driving scenarios.
  5. Rear Subframe Bushings:

    • Powerflex's rear subframe bushings provide a more rigid connection between the subframe and the chassis, reducing movement under load. This translates to improved power delivery, reduced wheel hop during acceleration, and better overall suspension control.

Benefits of the Powerflex Handling Pack:

  • Increased Handling Precision: With stiffer bushings throughout the suspension system, the vehicle will experience less deflection and flex, leading to sharper steering response and more predictable handling.

  • Reduced Body Roll: By stiffening the anti-roll bar bushings, the handling pack helps reduce body roll, keeping the vehicle more level during cornering and providing a more planted feel.

  • Improved Stability: With upgraded bushings in key suspension areas like the control arms and subframe, the handling pack provides better stability and control, particularly under heavy loads and during high-speed cornering.

  • Enhanced Road Feedback: The firmer bushings provide better feedback from the road, giving the driver a clearer sense of what the car is doing and allowing for more precise inputs during performance driving.

  • Long-Lasting Durability: Polyurethane bushings are more resistant to wear, deformation, and environmental factors compared to traditional rubber bushings, meaning the handling pack will last longer and maintain its performance over time.

  • Balanced Performance: Despite the increased stiffness, the handling pack is engineered to minimize increases in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), making it suitable for both daily driving and performance use.

Installation Considerations:

  • Direct Replacement: All components in the Powerflex Handling Pack are designed to replace the original rubber bushings without requiring modifications to the suspension. However, due to the technical nature of the installation, professional installation is recommended to ensure proper fitment and alignment.

Applications:

  • BMW F2X 2 Series (RWD): This includes models like the 218i, 220i, 228i, M235i, and M240i.
  • BMW F3X 3 Series (RWD): This includes models like the 316i, 320i, 328i, 330i, 335i, and 340i.

Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. Opting for aftermarket front sway bar bushings featuring an increased diameter of 23.6 mm for your BMW F3X can yield numerous advantages, notably elevating the handling and overall performance of your vehicle. Conversely, sticking with OEM front sway bar bushings will result in restricted performance in terms of F3X handling, a shorter lifespan for the bushings, and accelerated wear and tear. Furthermore, OEM bushings will cause more noticeable swaying during cornering when compared to their aftermarket counterparts. By selecting PowerFlex Black Series front sway bar bushings, you can anticipate the following benefits: Minimized Body Roll Enhanced Cornering Stability Improved Steering Response Enhanced Traction Prolonged Lifespan For cross-referencing with OE/OEM parts, the relevant numbers are: 31356792138.

Fits into voids of OE bushings: 33316770783 and 33316770784 Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings. Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Stock rubber control arm bushings give a disconnected and mushy feel to the front suspension, especially when worn, as the bushing deflects more than it should. You get sloppy steering, vibrations, and poor handling which makes the car feel unstable. These urethane bushings are stiffer than stock rubber and will not deflect as much. This helps keep the alignment in check with less variation. The car feels more planted and confidence-inspiring. And a lifetime warranty means you'll likely never have to pay for another bushing ever again! Powerflex is the number one selling suspension bushing manufacturer in Europe. Their experience with polyurethane bushing material and state-of-the art manufacturing techniques allows them to produce premium performance bushings, made to exact-fit standards. Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings are built to last longer than OEM rubber bushings, while improving performance and allowing for a more engaging driving experience. Powerflex has extensive knowledge and design experience in automotive suspension and chassis systems. These design skills have been combined with advanced polyurethane manufacturing techniques leading to the development of a wide range of high-performance automotive polyurethane components that are second to none in quality and performance. The special type of polyurethane used by Powerflex is an advanced proprietary material which has unique properties. This ensures that each product not only offers the high-performance capabilities our customers expect, but also the exceptionally long life and quality they demand - without increased vibration or noise.

MADE IN THE USA. Rubber bushings found in the G8X’s rear upper arms are the last weak link in an otherwise rigid suspension. The original BMW bushings yield to cornering forces applied to the suspension, resulting in camber and toe change that is not ideal for performance driving. Fall Line’s kit replaces the soft upper control arm bushings with spherical bearings, enabling the rear suspension arms to move smoothly through their travel and giving the rear of a car a more solid, planted feel. The reduced geometry change allows for the car to retain its desired alignment, maintaining better control over the tire’s behavior under heavy load. Designed to replace the inner bushings of the rear upper control arms; BMW Part Numbers: 33322284777, 33329504611, and 33329504612. The BMW M cars feature a subframe that is directly mounted to the chassis by BMW M, to reduce suspension compliance and improve performance and driving feel. Similarly, the Fall Line upper control arm bearings rigidly mount the suspension arms to the subframe, increasing driver feedback, reducing geometry change, and improving performance. As with any elimination of suspension bushings, more feedback does equate to more road and suspension noise. While the Fall Line rear upper control arm bearings are a substantial performance improvement, please do be prepared for increased noise, vibration, and harshness after installing the parts. Product Details: DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC machined Full stainless bearing assembly (hats, bearing, housing, spiral locks) Price is per set of 4 (2 per side); designed to replace the inner bushings of the rear upper control arms (BMW Part Numbers: 33-32-2-284-777, 33-32-9-504-611, & 33-32-9-504-612)

These urethane performance bushings replace the stock rubber front upper control arm bushings on the 2006-2010 E60 525xi/528xi/530xi/535xi xDrive AWD models. Stock rubber control arm bushings give a disconnected and mushy feel to the front suspension, especially when worn as the bushing deflects more than it should. You get sloppy steering, vibrations, and poor handling which makes the car feel unstable. These urethane bushings are stiffer than stock rubber and will not deflect as much. This helps keep the alignment in check with less variation. The car feels more planted and confidence-inspiring. And a limited lifetime warranty means you'll likely never have to pay for another bushing ever again.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

While OEM Front Sway Bar Bushings are perfectly fine for standard driving conditions, they might not provide the enhanced performance and customization options that come with PowerFlex front Sway bar bushings. Rubber bushings tend to get soft and brittle over time and allow the sway bar to flex too much. If you're ready to take your driving experience up a notch and unlock the full potential of your BMW F22/F30/F32, consider upgrading your front sway bar bushings. You will experience: Reduced Body Roll Sharper Handling Enhanced Cornering Improved Steering Response Better Traction Increased Stability
