Being a New-England based company we see all variations of weather conditions. And we've seen more than a lot of seized coil overs and other metal items that have fallen prey to corrosion and rust. This Winzer Tek Wax is the best defense against corrosion that we have yet to come across. TekWax is a heavy-duty, flexible wax that you spray onto metal surfaces and it forms a durable protective film. It was originally used as a sealant for wheel wells, bodyshells, rocker panels, and chassis panels which makes it ideal for un-coated and exposed metal parts on your car. It has a high-quality matte amber finish that is also slightly tacky to the touch. Another plus is that it can give some components an original OEM appearance. We spray Tech Wax on our coilover threads to keep salt and sand from gumming up the threads and seizing the adjustment collars. We also use it on other exposed metal surfaces that don't have any corrosion protection from their manufacturers (steering hose fittings, even fastners and hardware). The finished surface has an amber (gold-ish) hue that blends in with many other hard parts on the car and it has an overall 'finished' look. TekWax is sold as a 24oz aerosol can. It ships by UPS Ground only. Follow instructions on the can for the best and safest results.

You are looking at the BEST license plate bracket for your BMW, price no object! We never understood why BMW would put a cheap, plastic bracket on the back of a BMW to hold a license plate. The screws holding the bracket on would rust, the steel inserts hold the plate on would also rust, causing the hardware holding the plate on to seize or just no longer function. Our bracket fits any BMW that mounts license plates in the rear that use factory part number 51-18-8-238-061. Fits most BMWs produced AFTER 1999. If your vehicle does not use the plastic plate, it will not fit. Does not fit E46 touring (wagon). PROBLEMS with the factory bracket and hardware The screws that secure the plastic bracket are plated steel and will corrode over time. These two screw would normally not be seen since it is under the license plate, but it is holding the bracket onto the trunk. The four (4) nutserts that are pressed into the plastic frame (to hold the license plate) are also steel and will eventually seize with the bolt and just spin in the plastic frame becoming useless. The plastic frame itself is flimsy, doing a near minimal task of holding on the license plate. The hardware securing the plate to the bracket will rust, seizing to the nutsert or even spinning in place becoming completely useless. SOLUTION Create a more robust bracket that would not only be stiffer but also more corrosion resistant; CNC’d aluminum with an anodized finish. We machine a near identical plate, matching factory dimensions, from 1/2" plate of aluminum. Instead of nutserts pressed into plastic, map the correct position and machine the threads for the hardware directly into the plate. The hardware used to secure the new bracket to the trunk would be made from stainless steel (or optional corrosion-proof titanium) The hardware used to secure the license plate to the newly engineered bracket would also be stainless steel (or optional made from titanium) Kit Includes: One (1) Rogue Engineering designed and manufactured CNC'd aluminum license plate bracket Two (2) Stainless screws to secure bracket to trunk. Four (4) stainless screws to secure license plate to bracket.

The Verus Engineering Carbon Polyweave Side Splitter Kit completes the aerodynamic appearance of your BMW G87 M2. These units were designed specifically to flow with the factory side-splitter and feature a horizontal member which reduces the amount of high-pressure air making its way to the bottom side of the vehicle. This high-pressure air produces lift, and by reducing this, we reduce lift on the chassis. This is specifically prevalent while the vehicle is in yaw or while turning.

The side splitters are constructed from a very strong and durable carbon thermoplastic (Carbon Polyweave). This offers the exotic appearance and strength of carbon, with the durability of plastic. The units will be able to withstand impacts much better than carbon fiber.

Front splitters are very effective at producing front-end downforce without increasing drag significantly. They do this by creating a large pressure delta between the top and bottom surfaces. Utilizing scan data directly from the car and CFD, we were able to produce a splitter that pairs well with our UCW rear wing and can easily handle the loads seen by the splitter. Splitter tunnels or splitter diffusers were added to increase front end downforce further than a flat blade alone. The splitter mounts to multiple chassis locations for a strong and durable mounting style. All hardware locations are recessed for improved aerodynamic performance. During research and development, great care and focus was taken to ensure the oil cooler's exit airflow did not adversely hurt splitter performance. We offer a block off plate, an exit duct, and you can run the car with a wide open splitter as well, for varying levels of front on downforce and performance. The splitter is produced from a carbon polyweave, which is the same material used in high forms of Motorsports. The material is not brittle, so no more issues with cracking like carbon fiber and ABS. It will not grab and bend under the car like aluminum units either. The material is also lightweight and stiff; which makes it a great splitter material The air dam is used to bring the splitter flat with the vehicle's underbody and improve performance further. The air dam is produced from sheet aluminum and then powder coated black for durability.
