A new oxygen sensor can improve driveability and lengthen engine life. Ultimately, you achieve a smoother running engine that is more fuel efficient. Feedback from the oxygen sensor provides closed-loop control of the injected quantity of fuel for optimum air-fuel mixture, enabling virtually complete combustion to take place. Contaminants in gas and certain atmospheric conditions can drastically shorten the life of any oxygen sensor, therefore they should be checked with every periodic maintenance and changed if necessary.
This is the OEM Bosch oxygen sensor for 325i and 325Ci E46 BMW's. This sensor is mounted in the manifold before the catalytic converter. OEM replacement for BMW # 11787515826.

The factory rubber/plastic hoses become brittle and crack over time. Brittle and cracked hoses can cause multiple vacuum leaks that are impossible to repair without hose replacement. Vacuum leaks can cause many problems including rough running, missing, stalling at idle, and even a no-start condition. The factory hoses offered through BMW are plastic and will yield the same results of becoming brittle and damaged over time.
We have created a full motorsport style solution with our CSL Crankcase made from machined 6061 billet aluminum with AN style fittings and nylon fiber braided lines. This is a fully serviceable replacement that will outlast every one of the OEM replacements. On M52/S52-equipped BMWs, the factory crankcase ventilation (CCV) system is a notorious weak link. Between brittle plastic corrugated hoses that crumble from heat soak and an internal cyclone diaphragm prone to tearing, a failing CCV leads to massive oil consumption, vacuum leaks, and that dreaded "howling" whistle.
This kit addresses these issues with all new components and hardware. Both oil separator hoses, the cyclone separator itself, the mounting grommet, and the retaining bolts are included. Servicing this system is guaranteed to restore performance lost as a result of worn CCV components.
