Dinan Performance Springs are matched to your BMW's chassis and suspension components to deliver better handling and looks without sacrificing ride quality. Spring rates are slightly stiffer than stock and dialed in to reduce bodyroll. Fitment note: When used with stock shocks the Dinan Ride Quality Kit is strongly recommended. The Kit consists of shorter and stiffer bump stops and spring perches that work better with the lowered ride height of these springs. While not explicitly required, less than favorable ride quality and handling may result without them.

Dinan uses the factory sway bar with this new bracket and a 21mm rear sway bar to balance the M5/M6 handling. Instead of the traditional larger sway bar Dinan has come up with this way of stiffening the stock bar. This has a number of advantages over a thicker aftermarket bar: lower cost, the bar does not have to be removed, no tradeoff in ride comfort.
Dinan sway bars are carefully engineered to match the driving dynamics of each BMW chassis. Dinan's research and development finds the ideal balance between improved handling while maintaining a comfortable ride. This set has been fine-tuned for the E90/E92 chassis to reduce bodyroll, improve steering and turn-in response, and reduce understeer. The front bar is hollow tubular steel for light weight with adjustable ends to dial in the handling characteristics. The rear bar is non-adjustable. These are the same sway bars used in Dinan's Stage 1 suspension and work best with Dinan shocks and springs or a similar sport suspension and wider rear tires.
