Over time, road conditions take a toll on your suspension. Potholes, speed bumps, and other hazards contribute to wear, leading to a weak and unresponsive ride. To maintain safety and comfort, replace worn components as needed. One crucial component to replace is the control arm. After years of use, the non-serviceable ball joints and other parts can deteriorate. Since some components cannot be replaced individually, the entire control arm must be swapped out. While replacing rear shocks it is a good idea to inspect / replace these mounts as the rubber can wear and crack over time. This mounts at the top of the rear shock and is held into the chassis with 3 bolts.
