BMW Suspension Parts

Improve your BMW's driving experience by addressing the wear and tear caused by years on the road. The suspension takes a beating from pot holes, speed bumps, and road hazards, leading to a weakened and sloppy feel. Enhance safety and ride comfort by replacing worn components, such as the control arm.

• Improved driving experience and ride comfort
• Enhanced safety through the replacement of worn suspension components
• Non-serviceable ball joints and other components addressed for prolonged lifespan
• Control arm replacement for a better feel and handling
• Recommended replacement in pairs for optimal performance
• Suitable for both front and rear suspension upgrades
• Referred to as a wishbone by BMW
• Performance upgrade for non-M3 models, recommended to replace in pairs due to heavy-duty nature

Enhance your BMW's performance with our premium control arm upgrade kit from Turner Motorsport! This kit provides a significant handling upgrade without sacrificing ride quality. Perfect for enthusiasts looking to replace their factory control arms with sturdier, high-performance alternatives, this kit features stiffer bushings and ball joints for improved precision.

Key Benefits:

Improved Handling: Experience more precise and responsive steering, giving your BMW a sportier feel. Increased Durability: Our control arms are much sturdier than factory units, ensuring long-lasting performance. Negative Camber Adjustment: Adds approximately 0.75 degrees of negative camber to the front, enhancing cornering grip and stability. Complete Kit: Includes all four M3-specific lower control arms with mounting hardware. M3 Headlight Leveling Rod: Necessary for proper installation, ensuring your headlights are correctly aligned. Important Note for Z4 Models: For Z4 owners, please be aware that the M3 headlight level sensor rod is positioned differently. A custom solution will be required to attach the sensor rod to the control arm. Currently, we do not offer a direct solution for this issue.

This suspension package of Bilstein Sport shocks and H&R Sport springs will lower the ride height and firm up the suspension to provide less bodyroll and better handling. This E24 and E28 suspension package is firm but not harsh and can be used on daily-driven street cars as well as backroad and weekend corner carvers.

H&R Sport springs lower the ride height by 1.25" and stiffens the spring rate. Both combine to lower the car's center of gravity and reduce the amount of bodyroll in corners. The springs are progressive rate so their initial stiffness is actually very compliant and it becomes stiffer as the spring is compressed. This is great for street cars that see bumps and potholes where suspension compliance is key. Overall, they are about 40% stiffer than the stock original springs. The ride quality is a little stiffer than a stock E28 M5.

We use Bilstein Sport shocks as the dampers and they feature Bilstein's patented and innovative valving system. With this system, small bumps and impacts are absorbed as they should be. But the shocks stiffen for cornering and other suspension motions. It's the best of both worlds as the shock self-adjusts based on suspension motion. These fit with the stock strut and shock mounts, making for an easy and clean install.

Although this suspension is listed for the E28 M5 and E24 M6, the original rear self-leveling system must be disabled or removed.
