The Dinan sport muffler is designed to compliment the 340i and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Dual 3.5" stainless tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence (choose either polished or satin black tips). Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. The Supersprint 'Race' rear muffler system is one step beyond the standard Sport mufflers. Don't be fooled by the name - the 'Race' mufflers are designed for street use and the name only distinguishes it from the quieter standard Sport system. With the stock system the sound is very subdued. With the 'Race' mufflers the sound is much more noticeable and more aggressive - a perfect sound to compliment the assertive nature of an M Coupe or Roadster. You will hear this exhaust but it will not be intrusive or sound out of place on a civilized sports/GT car like the MZ4. The Supersprint center pipes to delete the rear resonators for more volume can be a welcome addition.

The Akrapovic Evolution exhaust systems for the BMW F30 335i & F32 435 are the result of the perfect integration of expertise, the best technology, and the use of the finest materials. Made of austenitic stainless steel, these systems feature a newly developed layout with two central link pipes replacing the single stock pipe, a new muffler design, and carbon fiber tailpipes.
This Akrapovic Evolution exhaust improves upon the stock exhaust system of the BMW 335i in numerous areas. The first visible improvement is the additional power of 7.1 HP (at 5.850 rpm) and 10.7 Nm (at 3500 rpm). The range between 2.000 rpm and 3.000 rpm and at 3.500 rpm was particularly improved. A noticeable improvement can also be observed at high RPM where the Evolution gives more power. This sporty elegance makes this Bavarian machine stand out from the rest and offers the taste of a more powerful version, accentuated with the additional power gains and weight losses of the Evolution system. The dual-mode ECU-controlled valve exhaust from Akrapovic offers stock-level sound at normal cruising, and a joyful deep sporty note when driving the 335i more dynamically. The Evolution systems replace the stock exhaust from the catalytic converters back.

What makes the IKON unique?
Like all Rogue Engineering products, the IKON exhaust system is entirely designed and developed in the US in our facility in Hohokus, NJ. By doing the development, fitting, evaluation, and testing here, you're assured a product that not only looks and sounds great but a product you can have installed with confidence.
The budget-minded enthusiast will quickly notice that the first IKON offering, for the BMW E46 325/330 is price much lower than our DMS exhaust. With a price of only $550, this is undoubtedly the most affordable BMW specific exhaust offered to date. Isn't it time an affordable exhaust solution be available for the E46?
By utilizing a custom-made, single muffler (instead of producing two, individual mufflers in our DMS system), Rogue was able to save manufacturing costs with this simpler design, and pass this savings to the performance customer. Many enthusiasts do not pay particular attention to the shape or size of the muffler, as long as it fits well and sounds good. The RE IKON fits this bill perfectly.
How much performance should I expect to gain?
In testing, replacing only a muffler or even the complete exhaust system on an E46 yields small measurable gains. Of course, these minute gains may be depicted on a carefully constructed dyno chart. Rogue Engineering looks at an exhaust with reality in mind, designing the exhaust to deliver great looks and sound, with minimal issues of fit. Of course, all of this at an affordable price would be a bonus. These are features that the Rogue Engineering IKON deliver!
For real-world exhaust performance gains, this typically means replacing the largest restriction, the catalytic converters, located in the factory exhaust manifolds. From there, free flow aftermarket catalytic converters could be added downstream, after the exhaust gas velocity had an opportunity to accelerate out of the engine, allowing for the most LEGAL gas velocity allowable. This course of action, however, can typically can exceed more than $3000 plus installation.
Replacing the ENTIRE factory exhaust system (resonators and rear muffler) with larger tubing WITHOUT addressing the largest restriction is an exercise in futility. This kind of exhaust "upgrade" will generally cost needless additional installation charges, fit issues (can 6 clamps on an exhaust REALLY fit like factory?), and ultimately, drain your wallet faster than a Bugatti Veyron.

The E60 535i got a little short-changed in the exhaust and looks department. From the rear, there is no evidence of the twin-turbo power that lies beneath. The 335 had dual exhaust; the later F10 535i had dual pipes too. But the 2007-2010 E60 535i exhaust looks just like any plain Jane 525i from the rear. Supersprint has developed two solutions to E60 owners who want that muscular dual output exhaust look. This muffler has an extra Power Loop outlet running behind the stock bumper and finished off with dual 80mm round tips on both sides. There are two ways to implement the right side tips - cutting into the stock bumper or installing a full E60 M5 rear bumper. Each Supersprint exhaust is different to match the bumper you use. Once lined up it's clear where the stock bumper needs to be modified. And if done professionally can appear as though it came from the factory.
Supersprint's rear muffler for the 535i produces a pleasing but not intrusive exhaust sound. This muffler is considered a street upgrade system with only a modest increase in volume to give a hint of added performance without being obnoxious or annoying. This is a great muffler for altering the exhaust note without drawing attention to yourself. You can also add additional Supersprint sections to better tune the exhaust to your preferences.

The Supersprint Crossover Pipe will delete the rear resonator ahead of the rear mufflers. By removing the resonator, you can get more volume and growl from your exhaust as well as decrease exhaust restriction for slightly better power and torque. Deleting resonators makes a small but noticeable increase in overall volume so it's recommended that this is done after changing or removing mufflers. This x-pipe fits in section 2 of the exhaust - after the factory secondary cat section and before the rear mufflers. It's a direct install with Supersprint mufflers but any other set of mufflers may require custom professional installation to achieve a perfect fit.

The Akrapovic Cat-back Titanium exhaust system for the BMW X5/X6 M is designed for drivers who demand more power and less weight. In addition to weight reduction and a power gain, one of the tasks of the Akrapovic team was also to make the sound of the X5/X6 M become music to ones ears. An optional wireless "dualmode" exhaust flap control allows the vehicle to have a more civilized, but deeper than stock sound at low speed. However, when the exhaust flap is opened the muffler is bypassed, creating a deep and sporty sound much more in keeping with the personality of the car.
Power gains come in at 5.3 hp (at 5300 RPM) and 8.4 Nm (at 5250 RPM) with just the exhaust alone, and a total weight savings of 32.7 lbs! That is a 42% overall reduced difference in weight from stock.

The MACH Force XP exhaust system for the 2011-2015 BMW 535i N55 produced 9 horsepower and 7 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.50” mandrel bent 304 stainless steel, TIG-welded and has a hand brushed finish. The system begins with a 3.50” inlet off of the down pipe and merges into dual 2.50” tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. Countless hours of R&D was used to ensure the perfect decibal level without compromising performance. To finish off this exhaust are two adjustable rolled double wall angle cut 3.5"OD 304 stainless steel tips which you can move forward or rearward depending on personal preference. Placing resonators after cat-less downpipes will help tune the sound from the S63TU engine. By removing the factory catted downpipes you're removing a large sound muffler as well and adding resonators can help tone down the open exhaust. Dinan engineers designed the F22 M240i exhaust to improve exhaust flow by reducing back pressure, resulting in increased power output and a great sporty sound that is civilized when you want it to be, and pleasantly aggressive under hard acceleration. Not only is the tone improved but the additional burbles and pops that come with it are simply intoxicating. Dinan also incorporates a Helmholtz chamber design that reduces resonance or “drone” at low RPM.
The system is built to exacting specifications to ensure perfect fit using the factory hangers. It is made from 100% 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and will resist corrosion for years to come. The design features twin 89mm (3.5") polished exhaust tips for a tasteful, high-performance look.

This center x-pipe fits between the Supersprint section 1 and section 2 pieces. Having an x-pipe equalizes and balances the exhaust gases coming from both banks of cylinders. It helps make the exhaust flow more efficient. The stock exhaust doesn't have this which makes this piece a nice added feature to your Supersprint system. Requries adapter sleeve listed below.
