Elevate your MINI's performance with this single piece CNC mandrel bent intake pipe, designed as a seamless replacement for the stock plastic intake pipe and its restrictive resonator. Crafted at the Forge UK HQ in Gloucester, this high-flow intake pipe offers enhanced airflow and can be seamlessly integrated with the OEM air box or the full Forge intake system (FMINDF56). The intake pipe boasts CNC machined outlets, ensuring a hassle-free direct fit for any OEM plug-in components like the blow by heater and vacuum take off.

This Forge valve unit is engineered with a piston, eliminating the diaphragm entirely. Additionally, the Valve is all aluminum - this is the solution to any failures associated with the OEM valve, making your N55 significantly more reliable. This unit retains the OEM ECU controlled valve actuation as well. Includes a plug and play harness that works with the OEM harness.

It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures that have occurred, where the original rubber diaphragm splits, which causes a loss of boost pressure. Unfortunately the failure doesn’t always result in a check engine light as the valve can still be blown open by the boost pressure, so you may not be aware that you are losing power due to this.
Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability. Our valve is piston based with no diaphragm to fail, and of all aluminium construction. It replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation.
Forge's full alloy replacement charge pipe features a CNC coupler - permanently resolving issues that accompany the stock plastic charge pipe that is prone to cracking and failure, often causing boost leaks and loss of power on the N55.

This alloy hard pipe fits to the throttle body and incorporates our high flow Blow off valve. This new valve fresh from our R&D department is the largest displacement valve that Forge have ever made ! Featuring a 50mm (2”) aluminium piston so that there are no issues with split diaphragms, we have not found the power handling limits of this valve yet ! The piston uses heat stabilised viton o-rings and high temperature Mobil 1 grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals.
All parts are included in the kit, for your installation, along with comprehensive instructions.

This Blow Off, or Dump valve, is for the BMW N20 2.0 Turbo engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valve. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures that have occurred, where the original rubber diaphragm splits, which causes a loss of boost pressure.
