Rear End Links

This is the stock rear swaybar link for the E46 3-series, except the M3 model. The link connects the sway bar to the suspension of the car and is under constant stress and motion. The rubber ends of the link will eventually wear out. When that happens the sway bar itself will move within the link and create a clunk noise. Replacement REAR sway bar / swaybar link for all 1997-2003 5 series sedans and wagons. Made by Lemforder. this is a very common wear item in the E39 suspension, especially when the car has been driven hard. While replacing this part, also check the sway bar bushing bracket for signs of stress or failure. It can be used on both the left and right side of the car. Two required per car, and are sold individually.
