The upper strut mount provides a locating point for the top of the front struts. It contains a rubber-isolated bearing that allows the strut shaft to move independently from the rest of the suspension - a critical component for the suspension to be quiet and effective. The rubber also absorbs vibrations and impact harshness, helping to keep unwanted noise and harshness from reaching the steering wheel.
Price is per mount. Left and Right are the same.

Rear trailing arm bushings serve the key purpose of keeping rear suspension triangulated and the vehicle moving where it's directed to. Though failure prone, even factory-fresh OEM rubber bushings allow for deflection, causing suspension geometry changes on hard launches, over bumps in the road, and during cornering. This deflection results in clunking in the rear end, a “rear steer” feeling, and uneven tire wear.

Powerflex polyurethane rear trailing arm bushings are firmer than OEM bushings, resulting in a reduction of deflection that causes these suspension angle changes, improving handling over bumps and with a proper alignment, extending tire wear.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Module can be activated/deactivated by via the integrated mini USB port within the module housing.

The Macht Schnell EDC Emulation Module is possible of the following features:
  • The ability to run aftermarket racing suspension/coilover setups in which EDC monitoring is not required
  • Compatible with iDrive and non-iDrive systems
  • Easy 15-minute installation process with no wire cutting
  • Proper emulation of the EDC monitoring system
  • No dealer visits or coding required after installation

The Powerflex Front Sway Bar Bushings - 28.2mm (Black Series) for the BMW F10/F11 5 Series are a specialized upgrade designed for drivers who seek high-performance handling and stability, especially in demanding driving conditions like track days or spirited road use.

    Key Highlights:

    1. Black Series - Track-Ready Performance: The Black Series bushings are engineered for maximum rigidity, offering far less flex than the original rubber bushings. This increased stiffness allows the sway bar to function more effectively, improving the car’s resistance to body roll and delivering a sharper, more responsive steering feel. These bushings are built for those pushing their cars to the limit on the track.

    2. Precise Handling Improvement: By upgrading the front sway bar bushings to these Black Series units, you will notice a marked improvement in handling precision. The front end becomes more composed during hard cornering, providing better feedback and quicker responses to driver inputs, crucial for high-performance driving scenarios.

    3. Superior Polyurethane Construction: Unlike factory rubber bushings that tend to degrade with time and exposure to the elements, Powerflex's polyurethane is designed to last. It resists cracking, shrinking, and softening from heat, oil, and road debris, ensuring consistent performance throughout its life. This means less maintenance and fewer replacements over time.

    4. Optimized Suspension Dynamics: These bushings ensure the sway bar stays firmly in place, allowing it to do its job of reducing body roll during sharp turns or fast driving. As a result, the car feels more stable and balanced, providing more confidence when pushing it on twisty roads or track circuits.

    5. Durability and Longevity: Built with motorsport use in mind, the Black Series bushings provide extended durability compared to stock rubber components. They maintain their form and stiffness even under high loads, making them a long-term solution for drivers who need reliability and performance in extreme conditions.

    6. Direct OEM Fit: These bushings are designed to be a direct replacement for the factory units on the 28.2mm front sway bar of the BMW F10/F11 5 Series. Installation is straightforward, making this an easy yet effective upgrade to enhance suspension performance.

    Applications:

    • BMW F10 5 Series (2010-2016)
    • BMW F11 5 Series Touring (2010-2017)

If you're looking to elevate the handling of your BMW F10/F11 to track-ready levels, these Powerflex Black Series Front Sway Bar Bushings offer a significant performance boost. By enhancing the stability and responsiveness of your suspension, they make your BMW feel sharper and more controlled, transforming it into a more capable machine in high-demand driving environments.

Rear shock mounts are tasked with securing shocks while absorbing noise, vibration and harshness that would otherwise be associated with a solid mount. Factory rubber bushings are a compromise between a cushy ride and responsive handling.

Powerflex polyurethane rear shock mounts are firmer than OEM bushings, resulting in better handling, a more responsive rear-end, and more efficient suspension articulation - all with minimal sacrifice to ride quality.

Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple.

Trailing arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle.

*NOTE: ONLY FOR CARS WITH TRUE REAR COIL OVER CONVERSION - NOT COMPATIBLE WITH STOCK REAR SPRINGS* Fall-Line Motorsports has taken everything they've learned in manufacturing over the last decade to create an ultra-high-end interpretation of the G8X / F8X M2 M3 M4 and E9X M3 lower camber arm. Fall-Line's bespoke version discards the deformation-prone stamped steel arm that includes a provision for the rear coil spring in favor of 5-axis CNC machined, billet aluminum that eliminates the rear coil mount. This pair has been gorgeously crafted and pocketed (to save weight without compromising rigidity) and is hard coat black anodized for ultimate resistance to wear. So too has the hardware been given an upgrade—10.9 grade corrosion-resistant extended bolts are included to replace the inferior factory pieces. These arms represent another exciting entry into the often neglected F8X / E9X suspension arm market and add valuable peace of mind for street or motorsport duty from the undisputed champion within the BMW realm. Product Details: For all G8X, F8X, and E9X M3 cars using TRUE Rear Coil Over Conversion ONLY DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC machined, billet aluminum construction Hard coat black anodized Includes Camber Shim Set Sold in pairs

This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

M7 Strut Reinforcement Plates 53-510101 are the ultimate solution for MINI owners facing the common issue of strut tower mushrooming caused by heavy impacts from shocks and low aspect ratio tires. Over time, MINI's shock towers can develop a convex shape, disrupting suspension alignment and leading to a noticeable pull to one side. The M7 Strut Reinforcement Plates (SRPs) address this problem by reinforcing the sheet metal and shock top plate, creating a durable surface that resists bending, even during hard impacts.

Designed specifically for the R50 Base Model Cooper, the R52 Convertible, and the R53 Cooper S, these SRPs are an essential upgrade for any MINI enthusiast. Constructed from CNC machined billet aluminum and black anodized for durability, the 1/2" (13mm) thick plates cover the entire surface of the strut tower, distributing loads evenly and providing peace of mind.

Whether you drive your MINI daily or push it to the limits on the track, M7 Strut Reinforcement Plates offer a cost-effective preventative measure against expensive suspension repairs. Easy to install in less than 20 minutes, the SRPs use the stock nuts for mounting and come with instructions that also guide you through fixing existing mushrooming.

    • Prevents strut tower mushrooming
    • Constructed from CNC machined billet aluminum
    • Black anodized for long-lasting durability
    • Covers the entire strut tower surface
    • Designed for R50, R52, and R53 MINI models

Lowering your car is often the first step in suspension tuning, but occasionally, this process can adversely affect other associated components. Unwanted sway bar pre-load may be one of these consequential effects, adding asymmetrical spring rate bias to one side of the car versus the other. This imbalance may affect your overall chassis dynamics and corner balance. For this reason, adjustable sway bar end links are critical—by adjusting each link with the car at operating weight, you can ensure the sway bar is completely unloaded at your determined ride height, restoring your chassis' balance and your confidence in all driving situations. Unlike all other link kits on the market that utilize the cheaper and simpler jam-nuts, Fall-Line utilizes OE tie-rod end style pinch-nut fasteners to ensure they never lose their set length. NOTE: Installed photos show V1 jam-nut style V2 Key Features: Now includes OE tie-rod end style pinch-nut fastener rod ends Eliminates the typical jam-nut rod ends that are known to move over time Designed for superior corner balancing Ensures equal weight distribution on each tire Compatible with height adjustable dampers Eliminates uneven cross-weights Prevents sway bar-induced suspension stress Allows for precise customization through length variation Includes dust boots to protect against dust interference Made in USA Sold as a pair

If you are concerned about strut tower mushrooming and looking for improved handling, the M7 Strut Tower Brace (STB) is the solution. This is the ONLY strut tower brace on the market that features anti-mushrooming technology.

Repeatedly, we've heard the same complaint: strut towers mushroom after heavy impacts from shocks and low aspect ratio tires. Initially, the shock towers take on a barely visible convex shape, but if compared to the original sheet metal, you'll find the horizontal plane has moved as much as 3/8" upwards, making alignment nearly impossible.

This issue often shows up as a slight pull to the left or right, depending on which strut tower is affected. The M7 Strut Tower Brace's end mounting plates solve this problem by sandwiching the sheet metal and shock top plate, creating a reinforced surface that won't bend, even during hard impacts.

The M7 STB features 1/2" (13mm) thick end plates that add extra strength to the strut towers, preventing mushrooming and potentially costly repairs. The cross brace significantly improves handling by adding torsional stiffness to the front body structure, helping keep your tires planted and pointed in the direction you want to go, especially during hard turns. Machined from billet aluminum and matte black powder coated, the M7 Strut Tower Brace boasts a durable black finish that looks great and won't chip or oxidize.

We have customers who won't drive their new MINI off the lot without one and dealers that sell every new MINI with either the M7 Strut Reinforcement Plates or the M7 Strut Tower Brace.

Concerned about clearance? No worries. The M7 STB profile is designed to clear both stock and aftermarket cold air intakes and ECUs. Its modular design allows easy access to the oil filter or any other accessories that might normally be blocked and require removal of the entire brace.

Installation is a snap (often taking less than 20 minutes)! No need for new nuts—the brace uses the three stock nuts on each side. Installation instructions are available online by clicking the "INSTALLATION" link on this page.

The M7 Strut Reinforcement Plates and the M7 Strut Tower Brace are two separate products that address strut tower mushrooming (you only need one or the other).

If your MINI is mainly a daily driver, the M7 Strut Reinforcement Plates are sufficient. If you have performance driving in mind, the M7 Strut Tower Brace is what you're looking for!

    Please note:

    • You cannot buy the SRPs and attach the cross-bar at a later time.
    • The brace does not directly fit on the R50 and R52 Non-"S" Cooper due to limited hood clearance of the non-supercharged cars. It will fit but may push up on the hood slightly, requiring molding or cutting of the hood insulation after installation.
    • Trimming of the underhood insulation material may be required to fully clear this brace. This is a very tight space.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe.

Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle.
