We've designed a permanent, high-performance replacement for the flawed OEM pan: a cast-aluminum, increased-capacity upgrade that enhances cooling and durability. Its all-aluminum construction provides a significant upgrade over the OE plastic pan, which is prone to cracking when impacted by road debris. Engineered for those who demand more from their vehicle, our design increases fluid capacity to promote superior cooling and help maintain optimal transmission temperatures, even in the most demanding conditions.

To ensure a leak-free seal, we engineered a heavy-duty Viton gasket specific to their transmission pan design. The Viton material provides exceptional reliability under high temperatures and resists deformation—a common failure point of the factory rubber gasket. For further protection, integrated magnets actively attract and hold metal debris that could otherwise compromise the transmission's longevity. This innovative design keeps your fluid clean and extends the overall life of your drivetrain.

Our High-Capacity DCT Transmission Pan was designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio, facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology, including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.

The ZF 8-speed automatic transmission has gained popularity among BMW enthusiasts for its torque-handling capability, quick shifting, and tunability. From the G05 X5 to the G80 M3, it's been featured in various models. To meet the demands of high-performance driving, BMW M engineers upgraded the fluid filtration setup for the M3, now available as a bolt-on upgrade for all ZF 8-speed vehicles.

This service kit offers significant improvements over the factory setup. Unlike the plastic pan and integrated filter setup in the 8HP, which necessitates costly pan replacement, this kit includes an aluminum pan, separate fluid filter assembly, and increased fluid capacity. These upgrades enhance durability, ease future service, and improve fluid cooling, making it an ideal choice for extending the lifespan of 8HP-equipped BMWs.
