Revitalize your driving experience with ECS Tuning's In-House Engineered Performance Polyurethane Differential Bushings. Say goodbye to soft factory rubber bushings and their deflection. These innovative bushings provide a substantial improvement in the connection between your right foot, the chassis, and the wheels. The outcome is a crisper power transfer from the differential to the wheels, resulting in enhanced throttle control for various driving activities. Notably, these polyurethane bushings achieve these benefits without the harshness or vibration often linked to delrin or solid differential mounts.

Manufactured using a robust 88A durometer polyurethane and a black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum sleeve, these bushings offer superior resistance to chemicals, ozone degradation, road salt, and general wear and tear. This translates to an extended service life.

The DCT transmission in your BMW is nothing short of incredible and exhilarating, but also astronomically expensive to replace. Please note: We include 5 quarts of DCT fluid because without a GT1 diagnostic tool and much more involved labor, you will not be able to replace over 5 quarts of fluid. Many elect to do this service and simply flush the fluid 5,000 miles later to ensure all fluid has been flushed, but this is not mandatory.

Both the cartridge and suction filters have their own challenges in replacing. For best results, replace both.

The ECS Tuning Center Support Bearing Brace is engineered to improve drivetrain performance and longevity. The factory center support bearing features internal an internal rubber bushing to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) transmission to the cabin. Unfortunately, this material choice falls short when it comes to performance applications. Under extreme load conditions, this bushing is prone to flexing, resulting in driveshaft misalignment. To address the shortcomings of the factory rubber center support carrier design, ECS engineers developed a set of precision-fit, split polyurethane bushings that secure tightly around the existing driveshaft bearing. Constructed from 90A durometer polyurethane, this material eliminates bushing deflection while maintaining minimal noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). By eliminating deflection, this innovative solution not only improves durability but also ensures a significantly longer service life than the OEM center support bearing—making it an excellent upgrade for aging BMW chassis.

The polyurethane bushings are surrounded by a robust 6061-T6 billet aluminum bracket designed with strength and reliability in-mind. This bracket features a split design for hassle-free installation, eliminating the need to remove the driveshaft assembly entirely. To install the ECS Center Support Carrier, simply cut around your existing bearing, remove the factory brace, and clamp on your new bushings and bracket. This user-friendly approach saves time and simplifies maintenance or upgrades. Two stainless steel socket head screws are used to fasten the two-piece bracket, offering corrosion resistance and secure clamping under high torque and stress. This combination of materials and design ensures dependable performance and long-lasting durability, even in demanding applications.

E30 M3 Front Hub Assembly w/bearing. This bearing requires that you use your existing ABS ring. This is a simple press fit. This is an OEM Wheel Bearing Hub Assemblies made by FAG. GSP and FAG are the leaders in wheel bearing technology. These wheel hubs are the best you can buy. Alternate part number 31212225362.

FAG is an OE supplier to BMW as well as several other German marques. 

GSP is a high-quality supplier for aftermarket suspension components. They have quickly position themselves as an industry leader, and pride themselves on offering high-quality alternatives to their expensive OEM counterparts.

This hub uses the ABS ring from the E28 5-series. For the E30 M3 the original ABS ring will need to be removed and installed on the new hub.

Drive line slop is often caused by faulty engine and transmission mounts. This can result in knocking noises under heavy acceleration, excessive vibration, and a less responsive feel in power. Automatic transmissions are reliable, shift smoothly, and can last without issue so long as they are properly maintained. Over time, the transmission fluid becomes thick and the filter becomes contaminated with small metal particles. This can cause excess wear, high transmission operating temperatures, and eventual failure. To prevent this we recommend changing your filter, fluid, and seals to ensure your transmission continues to operate flawlessly. We recommend filter and fluid changes every 50,000 miles. Included in this kit are high quality Red Line D4 ATF fluid and OEM filters, seals, and plugs.

Shifter slop is a common complaint among all BMW models. Some of that play comes from the bushings where the shifter carrier mounts to the transmission. The original rubber carrier bushings don't last very long and when they get too soft the shifter flops around. These Delrin bushings have almost no deflection and will last much longer than the factory rubber, giving you precise shifting for many years.

Note: this is only one part of the shift linkage and there may be other components that need replacing to improve shifting feel.

New carrier bushing pins are included.
