The Dinan short shifter provides shorter shift throws with a crisper and more precise feel than a stock shifter. Instead of retrofitting a stock BMW lever, with all of its deficiencies, Dinan has engineered this billet aluminum shifting system. Special features engineered into this unit include a two piece fully isolated stick assembly, exclusive integrated and dampened pivot cup with self lubricating pivot ball, counter balanced to reduce effort and exclusive polymer "Iglide" T-500 lower pivot bushings that are impervious to contamination. Featuring an adjustable pivot, which allows this shifter to fit both standard and M Series applications. BMW E36 328i, Z3 2.8 JB Racing Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel offers a significant performance upgrade by replacing the heavy stock steel flywheel with a much lighter aluminum version. This JB Racing flywheel is designed to deliver faster acceleration, improved throttle response, and enhanced overall performance for your BMW.

The modern stock flywheels are burdened with additional components meant to dampen vibrations, which unfortunately adds unnecessary weight. The JB Racing aluminum flywheel, weighing just 10.0 lbs compared to the stock 25.0 lbs, eliminates this excess mass, allowing more power to reach the wheels and reducing the energy wasted on spinning the flywheel. Engine builders prioritize lightweight flywheels when optimizing race engines for maximum efficiency, and the difference is especially noticeable in how quickly the engine revs and reaches its power band.

This JB Racing lightweight flywheel is a direct replacement for the stock flywheel and is compatible with the factory BMW organic clutch. This compatibility ensures that you can use standard replacement clutches, making maintenance simple and cost-effective. The flywheel can also be resurfaced for a fresh contact surface, so there’s no need to buy a new one when it’s time to replace the clutch.

While single-mass aluminum flywheels like this one may result in slightly more noise and vibration compared to dual-mass designs, this can be managed with heavier transmission oil and sprung hub clutches, such as the Sachs Performance clutch available through Turner Motorsport.

600315 is a Streetlite flywheel, which is considerably lighter than stock and is the most durable flywheel offering from ACT. Materials are properly distributed for maximum strength, lower inertia, good heat tolerance and rigidity. ACT's Streetlite flywheels are preferred for street or drag racing. ACT flywheels are serviceable and can be resurfaced with no need to purchase additional parts.

This clutch kit features a Xtreme pressure plate, an G6 racing clutch disc, and an XACT Streetlite Flywheel.

Their Xtreme pressure plate offers a 50-120% clamp load increase, moderate to heavy pedal feel, and is recommended for high performance street and racing applications. All diaphragms went through a four stage heating process for increased strength and unparalleled performance.

The G6 clutch disc is a sprung, 6-pad racing disc that is recommended for high horsepower street and race us and is better at handling high heat than the 4-pad disc.
