BMW B46 B48 B58 Motiv ReFlex 0-10 Bar Pressure Sensor is designed for accurate measurement of fluid and air pressure in high-performance applications. Ideal for monitoring a variety of pressures including fuel, boost, coolant, and oil, this sensor provides crucial data for optimizing vehicle performance.
Featuring a 2-Pin DTM connector, this sensor offers a direct plug-and-play connection to the ReFlex+ harness, ensuring a seamless integration with flash platforms via CANbus. Each ReFlex+ unit can support up to two of these sensors, allowing for comprehensive monitoring.
For optimal installation, consider using the 3/8 Female to 3/8 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8" NPT port on an ethanol sensor or the 5/16 Female to 5/16 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8" NPT port on a factory fuel line. Please note that the ethanol sensor is not included.

Since direct injection came out for BMW, enthusiasts have been adding port injection. With this came the need to upgrade the low-pressure fuel system to keep up. Historically this was done by increasing the output of the main fuel system. Unfortunately, the main fuel pump is controlled using PWM by a factory programmed controller designed to reduce output when target fuel pressure (typically 5 bar) is exceeded, creating a constant battle when pumps are added or upgraded. Additionally, the high-pressure pump control system dumps fuel back into the low-pressure system at high pressure low volume resulting in oscillations of the low-pressure fuel system. Because of this, the DI system in the car is required to constantly make corrections to keep target AFR in check.
