The VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off kit is designed to either seal off the factory head ports used by the OEM low-side PCV system. These ports in the cylinder head utilize engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases, but in the process, can allow oil to enter the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other performance issues over time. The Block-Off kit offered by VTT completely seals the factory head ports to prevent oil intrusion and unwanted vacuum leaks. This kit does NOT require any tapping, meaning no metal to get into the engine, etc. You simply tap the plugs into place. Key Features Eliminates oil draw-through into the intake manifold Prevents carbon buildup on intake valves Utilizes precision-machined plugs for boost sealing Fully reversible — Block-offs can be removed if needed No tapping is required. Easy install, by tapping the blocks into place.

VTT is happy to introduce the first and only available plug and play ONE-WAY crankcase breather kit for BMW B58 applications. With this breather simply remove your oil cap, install the breather, and instantly free up horsepower, improve turbo draining, remove crankcase pressure, all while adding a cool look to your engine bay. FITS with the engine cover on. Engine cover can be removed, and installed without removing the breather. Can be used by itself with the stock PCV system to eliminate crankcase pressure, or with any number of PCV setups, including our VTT Engine catch can for the ultimate in crankcase pressure relief. Made from 6061-T6 Aircraft aluminum anodized black for a long-lasting finish, 4 stainless steel baffles for complete oil control, a PTFE one way check ball, a high-quality filter, and clamp all work together to keep crankcase pressure where it belongs, out of your crankcase. This breather will fit all B58 Vehicles that use the most common oil fill cap design. This does NOT mean it fits all BMW vehicles. The breather sits about 2.5' tall from the valve cover oil cap area, and the filter is 2-3/4' in diameter Is your car a Gen1 or TU? Pull your oil cap off, and check how it attaches. 2 Prong style is Gen-1, snap-in style with grooves is TU.

Vargas Turbo has released their very own BMW B58 vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the intake manifold fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8" NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose three configuration options: Fitting by itself Fitting with one 1/4" barb and one plug Fitting with two 1/4" barbs Once installed it tucks perfectly under your engine cover. These are perfect for running your PI switch off manifold pressure, which is much more accurate than the charge pipe, and they are also great for BOVs running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do.

The VTT B58 Head Port Check Valve Kit is designed to convert the factory head ports used by the OEM low-side PCV system. These ports in the cylinder head utilize engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases, but in the process, can allow oil to enter the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other performance issues over time. VTT's Billet Check Valve kit converts the head ports into a robust internal PCV system using precision-engineered check valves. These one-way valves allow vacuum to function as intended while blocking boost pressure from entering the crankcase or charge tract.

TTE580 is the very latest hybrid performance upgrade turbocharger based on the Original turbocharger for the BMW B58 inline-six-cylinder turbocharged engine. Superfast spool and response with extra power. We feel this is the best performing 550+hp hybrid. Engineered & Enhanced To construct a TTE580 The Turbo Engineers change the original compressor and employ a far larger and more efficient billet wheel with extended tip technology and mill the compressor cover to the optimum gap to match the new compressor profile. The Turbo Engineers change the Original exhaust turbine for a larger 9-blade high-flow item to lower EGT and raise the power potential but maintain a great boost response profile. Equilibrium Precisely balancing the turbochargers is a key critical factor to becoming a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequently, great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving balance standards. Firstly, parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using a single parts machine, then components are assembled and the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using an in-house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test result document.
