When your CPV O-ring fails it causes a slow oil leak on the passenger side of the engine, making an oily mess that frequently resembles a rear main seal leak. Replacing the CPV with an upgraded o-ring ensures a long-term solution to this common problem.
The factory o-ring over time fails from heat cycling and oil exposure due to the Buna rubber used in OEM o-rings, while the included Viton Fluoroelastomer is resistant to a much higher temperature to ensure prolonged life without leaking.
BMW E46 Crankcase Pressure Regulator Valve | S54 3.2L Engine is a crucial component that ensures proper crankcase ventilation by regulating oil vapor flow into the intake manifold, preventing excessive oil consumption and buildup. Designed specifically for BMW E46 models with the S54 3.2L engine, this valve helps maintain engine efficiency and performance. BMW engines are known to experience oil separator freezing in cold weather if not fully warmed up, which can lead to howling noises and oil leaks. To ensure a thorough repair, replacing the valve cover gasket when changing the separator is highly recommended.
Protect your BMW's engine from excessive oil consumption and leaks by replacing a failing crankcase pressure regulator valve with this premium-quality replacement.

A bad DISA valve can cause a variety of issues, from a loud racket in the engine bay, hesitation at low rpm and a rough idle with lean codes.
If the valve is making a loud noise, we recommend replacing it as soon as possible. It is possible for the pin holding the flap to be sucked into the motor causing serious damage.
Very easy to replace, just need to undo the 4 bolts holding it to the intake manifold.
Includes new mounting hardware

Introduced in the late 1990s, the DISA (Differenzierte Sauganlage or differentiated intake system) valve plays a crucial role in adjusting the intake manifold's effective length. This mechanism incorporates a flap that opens and closes in response to DME inputs, optimizing airflow for both high and low RPM use.
Although the DISA system marked a significant leap in engine efficiency, it has become a common point of failure in older BMW models. The flap is secured to the body using a plastic pin, prone to degradation over time due to heat exposure. A malfunctioning DISA valve can lead to various issues, ranging from power loss to severe engine damage.
Signs of DISA valve failure include:
Audible rattling from the upper intake manifold. Power loss during different RPM/load conditions. Decreased fuel efficiency due to improper flap operation or valve failure. Illuminated SES/Service Engine Soon light, indicating lean/rich conditions or misfires (common DTCs include: P1083, P1084, P1347, P1348). Potential valvetrain damage as a result of flap pin failure, leading to plastic and metal debris circulating in the engine. If you notice any of these symptoms, it's crucial to replace the DISA valve promptly to avoid further engine complications. Continued use with a faulty DISA valve can escalate to extensive engine repairs or replacement.
Fortunately, Febi-Bilstein offers a high-quality OE DISA valve designed for seamless integration, ensuring optimal fit, finish, and functionality. Installing this valve is straightforward, requiring basic hand tools and less than an hour of your time. Restore your engine's performance and safeguard against major damage by upgrading to a new DISA valve from Febi-Bilstein.

Ensure your vehicle maintains optimal fuel efficiency and performance by swiftly replacing the Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF). This crucial component regulates fuel delivery through injectors based on incoming air volume. A faulty MAF can significantly impact gas mileage and overall performance.
Gradual MAF failure often results in reduced fuel efficiency and performance degradation. Complete failure may cause stuttering and stalling, forcing the vehicle into a limp mode. A simple diagnostic test involves unplugging the MAF connector before starting the car; improved idling indicates a faulty MAF requiring replacement.
Failure to replace the MAF leads to excessive fuel consumption and inefficient burning, adversely affecting fuel economy. Opt for a Genuine BMW MAF replacement to ensure stock-quality performance and enhance vehicle efficiency.
