At Turner, all our Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that we develop in house. Our Turner S65 Carbon Intake is a monster that perfectly compliments the high revving 4.0l V8 engine. Add in a full carbon plenum and you have a recipe for greatness! The intake benefits start right at the motor; the plenum offers a larger interior volume and full carbon design which helps boast the intoxicating roar. Directly connected to the plenum is a full carbon intake tube with a substantially larger cross sectional area with smooth transitions which results in more airflow available to the engine in high demand scenarios. The inlet tube mounts securely to the full carbon heat shield and is mounted in factory airbox locations while retaining the factory cold air induction tract from the hood. Housed inside the heat shield is a behemoth cone filter to ensure proper filtration and maximize airflow. Turner's S65 intake and plenum is designed with air flow and induction in mind. The intake flows like no other; during testing, the Turner intake outperformed the flow-bench at over 750CFM, a massive improvement over the factory intake.

Designed and engineered in-house using state of the art 3D laser scanning and CAD technology for precision fitment
Full Carbon Plenum construction with internal bracing and velocity stacks
Hood Inlet Scoop - Directs the flow of cool, ambient air to the heat shield, and directly into the air filter. Seals off with the factory rubber gasket on the lower side of the hood inlet.
Full Carbon Fiber Heat Shield Assembly that utilizes OEM air box mounts and integrates with the factory air intake tract from the hood.
Monstrous 9" cone air filter to maximizes filtration that is able to be serviced/cleaned.
7"x5" Carbon Fiber Inlet Tube providing smooth, direct airflow from the behemoth air filter directly into the plenum.
Fully compatible with the OEM Secondary Air Injection emissions system. Factory hose lock and location.

Turner S65 Intake System was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team at Turner. Nothing but the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer and rigorous long term product testing. Performance data metrics are collected utilizing Mustang AWD 500 SE in ground dyno and in-house Superflow SF-750 Flowbench.
