These transfer cases are fully disassembled, cleaned, and remanufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications using OEM components. High-wear parts such as bearings, seals, gaskets, clutches, plastic components, and mounts are replaced, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

Each unit undergoes a complete mechanical overhaul rather than a surface-level repair, with all critical internal components inspected and replaced as needed. Units are 100% tested to confirm proper operation before shipping. AAE Remanufactured Transfer Cases are backed by a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty and supported by CRP Automotive’s technical and customer service teams. All units ship with Rein Transfer Case Fluid TF 0870 (CRP Part No. FLDF005), the OE first-fill fluid specified by the manufacturer. Units are tested with the fluid in place, then drained before shipping, and are ready for installation upon arrival.

This transfer case also includes the electric motor, often referred to as an encoder motor, actuator motor, or "Longitudinal torque module".
