As with many other BMW valve covers, replacing the M57 valve cover gasket requires numerous other parts to be removed before this gasket can be accessed. As you remove these parts, you expose other gaskets and components that can and should be replaced. This kit includes all of the gaskets, hardware, and a few other components we highly suggest replacing while completing the valve cover gasket replacement to prevent leaks and ensure your M57 continues running smoothly.

As with many other BMW valve covers, replacing the M57 valve cover gasket requires numerous other parts to be removed before this gasket can be accessed. As you remove these parts, you expose other gaskets and components that can and should be replaced.

This kit includes all of the gaskets, hardware, and a few other components we highly suggest replacing while completing the valve cover gasket replacement to prevent leaks and ensure your M57 continues running smoothly.

  • Valve Cover Gasket Set - Includes new Valve Cover hardware
  • Turbo Oil Feed "J Line" - Commonly fails and leaks oil onto your turbos and the side of your engine
  • Turbo Oil Line Sealing Washers
  • Fuel Inector Gasket Rings & O-ring Seals - Must be replaced when removing the valve cover
  • Diesel Injector Puller Tool - The correct tool to remove injectors without causing damage
  • Turner Motorsport M57 Upgraded Silicone PCV Hose - Replaces the fragile plastic PCV hose
  • Intake Manifold Gaskets - 6 Upper & 6 Lower
  • Boost Pressure Converters - Faulty solenoids that regularly fail and can cause numerous issues, best to replace them during this process
  • 5 Meters of 3.5mm Silicon Vacuum Line - Replaces all of the factory rubber vacuum line that degrades and cracks
