All APEX wheels are the BMW standard 5/120 bolt pattern and with a 72.6mm center bore. They are a direct fit to many BMW models and may fit other models when used with a specific spacer. The original BMW center cap, TPMS sensors, and original lug bolts are all carried over from your original wheels (wheel bolts may vary if spacers are used). They come in a wide variety of diameter, width, and offset combinations which gives you multiple fitment and application opportunities. For street use we generally recommend a staggered setup with a rear wheel slightly wider than the front. For track and racing applications a square setup is desired with the same width in the front and rear. Wheel offsets may also vary based on the clearances and stance you wish to achieve. APEX SM-10 19" Staggered Wheel Set -- 19x9.5" / 19x10.5" This set of 9.5" and 10.5" SM-10 wheels is an easy staggered fitment for the E46 M3, E6X M5/6 and Z4M models. These are a direct fit with no spacers or fender rolling required. We use a 9.5" ET22 on the front and a 10.5" ET22 on the rear. These are only slightly wider than the stock sizes. APEX light alloy wheels are the next evolution in flow-forged wheel technology for BMWs. Flow-forming is a semi-forging process that produces a wheel typically stronger than a traditional cast wheel yet is still light weight. The wheels are around 10lbs lighter per wheel than a comparable factory wheel! That's reduced unsprung weight that improves all aspects of performance. The spokes and barrel have been designed to allow generous clearance for big brakes. In other words, these wheels are very impressively engineered and look great too! The design is based on classic motorsport themes that blend with BMW styling and appearance. These wheels look right at home on many BMW models. All APEX wheels are the BMW standard 5/120 bolt pattern and with a 72.6mm center bore. They are a direct fit to most any 1-series (E82), 3-series (E36, E46, E90, E92, F30), Z3, and Z4-series BMWs. The original BMW center cap, TPMS sensors, and original lug bolts are all carried over from your original wheels (wheel bolts may vary if spacers are used). They come in a wide variety of diameter, width, and offset combinations which gives you multiple fitment and application opportunities. For street use we generally recommend a staggered setup with a rear wheel slightly wider than the front. For track and racing applications a square setup is desired with the same width in the front and rear. Wheel offsets may also vary based on the clearances and stance you wish to achieve. In our pursuit of absolute strength, the Forged VS-5RE was given dramatically thicker spokes, our thickest ever Enduro Spec inner lip, and a substantially reinforced outer lip. When all put together, the VS-5RE is rated at an impressive 2100 lb max load. A major increase over its Sprint Line counterpart sitting at a 1600 lb load rating. To achieve this level of strength, our engineers added a considerable amount of material to the areas where it matters most. This does come with a bit of a weight penalty, however a host of weight saving measures have been implemented to minimize its effect. Deep spoke scalloping is utilized to shave material from the sides of spokes without compromising strength. Outer lip pocketing, a feature only seen on the Enduro Line within the Apex catalog, does away with excess material on the outer lip between each spoke. Our aim is for the Enduro VS-5RE to become the wheel of choice for anyone who appreciates the benefit of strength and stiffness over small weight savings. The Forged ML-10RT is the answer for enthusiasts craving a wheel design that combines classic motorsport styling with modern monoblock forging technology. This wheel was initially developed in the shadows by one of our Senior Engineers exclusively for his BMW E46 M3 widebody race car, and after sharing photos of the prototypes on social media, we received an overwhelming amount of interest from the community to bring it to market. Just like our existing flagship motorsport designs, the ML-10RT was designed from the ground up by our team of in-house engineers and underwent the same extensive FEA analysis and third party testing. It’s made from the highest grade 10K ton forged 6061-T6 aluminum, and utilizes true motorsport blanks, which is a vital component in our ability to deliver vehicle-specific optimizations like maximum concavity, optimal spoke design and critical brake clearance. The end result is a perfect blend of weight savings, added stiffness and strength, all while staying true to the classic motorsport design language we all love. The ML-10RT also sports our reinforced Sprint Spec inner lip and a 1600lb (1650lb for Porsche applications) load rating, which is the same lip design and load ratings we use for our popular Forged Sprint Line.

The E-Z Chamfer deburring tool, constructed from High Speed Steel (HSS), is designed to eliminate burrs and ridges from threaded rods, bolts, pipes, and bar stock. Its size range of 0.7” – 1.5” (18-38mm) allows efficient removal of threads and burrs, creating a smooth chamfer for effortless nut and die insertion. Compatible with mild, hard, very hard, stainless, and super hard steels, it delivers optimal results when used with slow drill speeds and moderate pressure on most materials. To extend the tool's lifespan, it's advisable to operate at speeds below 800RPM and refrain from using impact drivers. Typically, only 1-3 threads need chamfering for a clean start.

Additionally, E-Z Chamfer sizes between 18-24mm require a speed of 600RPM, those ranging from 23-29mm perform optimally at 400RPM, and sizes from 30-38mm are best suited for a speed of 300RPM.
