This intake manifold gasket fits BMW E34 530i 540i - E39 540i - E32 740i 740il - E38 740i 740il - E31 840i 840ci - E53 X5 4.4i 4.6is thru 2003. The V8 often develop a leaking valley pan gasket that requires replacing these intake manifold gaskets. These are sold individually. There are a total of 4 on the car.
If you drive a European vehicle, chances are high your vehicle came equipped with one or more Victor Reinz gaskets. Choose OE quality VR gaskets and seals and do the job right the first time.
