BMW E39 M62 4" Silicone Intake Boot is engineered to enhance air flow and performance compared to the factory corrugated rubber boot. Designed by Turner Motorsport, this intake boot features smooth contours and stepped flanges to ensure a seamless transition from the air box to the throttle body. The single-piece construction simplifies installation, offering a straightforward replacement for the stock two-piece design.
The stock rubber intake boot often fails due to its accordion section, leading to vacuum leaks, rough idle, and increased fuel consumption. Upgrading to the Turner Motorsport silicone intake boot will eliminate these issues and improve overall performance.
NOTE: This boot is a direct fit for the M62Tu (9/1998+). It will fit the non-TU (pre-9/1998) models with a slight relocation of the MAF sensor.

We set out to bulletproof your M52/S52 CCV system with a durable silicone breather hose, designed to provide a comprehensive upgrade and permanent replacement for the factory plastic hose. By replacing the flimsy, heat-hardened OEM plastic hose with a four-ply fluorosilicone hose, you'll experience peace of mind knowing your M52 or S52 is free from the inevitable return of oil leaks, vacuum leaks, and drivability concerns that would have been.
This breather hose is found at the front of the engine, and is used to connect the cyclone separator to the valve cover. It replaces OEM part number 11151703775.

A bad DISA valve can cause a variety of issues, from a loud racket in the engine bay, hesitation at low rpm and a rough idle with lean codes.
If the valve is making a loud noise, we recommend replacing it as soon as possible. It is possible for the pin holding the flap to be sucked into the motor causing serious damage.
Very easy to replace, just need to undo the 4 bolts holding it to the intake manifold.
