This OEM jack plug is used on many BMWs to protect the under carriage while jacking. They install into receptacles under the rockers at all 4 corners, and give your BMW a "puck" for the cars weight to rest on.
These jack pads commonly get lost or damaged through the years. If your BMW is missing a few (or all) of them, it's time to get some new ones. Very easy to replace and install, these take just seconds to replace. We've found that on the 1992-1999 E36 3 series these make a GREAT upgrade to the original ones normally found on the E36. Be sure to get a complete set of 4 if you are installing these on an E36 (these are sold individually).

On vehicles that have hydraulic clutches, the slave cylinder transmits pedal movements to the clutch pack. The hydraulic aspect of this system makes clutch engagement much more comfortable. Like any hydraulic system though, the corrosive brake fluid can wear out seals and cause leaking and failure. If this is the case on your car, the best solution for repair is replacing the defective part.

The transmission is one of the vehicle’s most vital components, with numerous finely engineered precision parts making it one of the most complex and expensive units to repair or replace. Using the correct oil and replacing it at the correct time is key to preventing transmission problems such as ‘shudder’, gear stiffness, and axle whining. Damaging components before these issues occur can result in possible premature and expensive transmission failure. Only the right oil can guarantee the safe functioning of the transmission in the vehicle. High-quality transmission oils from febi are therefore precisely matched to the special requirements of vehicle manufacturers.

These replacements from Febi are the perfect solution for worn mounts/bearings. Because they are factory OE parts, they fit perfectly in the mounting location and are the proper length and have the correct inside diameter for your struts. A small addition to any front suspension overhaul that can make a huge difference in overall ride quality. Priced each, but should always be replaced in pairs. To get the most out of your new suspension setup, it's recommended that you replace all parts that are known to fail. Not only will this make your new setup more effective, it will provide a better ride, proper tire position, and make all of your parts last longer. One often overlooked piece is the upper strut bearing and mount. This is the top mount for your struts and provides a solid platform for your front suspension. If worn, the bearings within this mount make noise, there is slop from worn rubber, and it can shorten the life of your shocks.
