A larger core and increased surface area dramatically improves cooling and reduces pressure drop. After extensive testing, this can allow your N54/55 powered BMW to gain around 10+peak wheel horsepower and during longer pulls and multiple runs, as much as 20-30whp over the factory intercooler.

Phoenix replacement intercoolers are a direct replacement for your factory intercooler and fully reversible. All required hardware is included.

This E-Chassis upgrade is ideal for setups up to 500whp, while the 7.5" RACE intercooler supports builds reaching 1000whp.
