The factory BMW charge pipes are prone to cracking, as they are made from brittle plastic. Here at Turner, we sell several brands of replacement charge pipes that are typically made from cast aluminum. We recommend upgrading to hard charge pipes even on stock forced induction vehicles to avoid cracking - we've seen cracking occur on high mileage cars running stock power just as frequently as we do with high horsepower builds.

Because we use the OEM mounting system, unlike other charge pipe solutions, this charge pipe installs in minutes, retains all emissions fittings, and is 100% reversible. Includes two 1/8" NPT bungs with optimal 180 degree placement. Lifetime warranty. The blow-off valve flange on the BOV charge pipes are for TIAL Q 50mm or Turbosmart (female tial flange). Installation requires charge pipe gaskets and charge pipe clips to be transferred over from the removed factory charge pipe.
