This replacement right front lower control arm (wisbone) is for the E82 and E9X chassis (non Xi or M). This is a direct replacement part manufactured using the Original Equipment Manufacturer's specs. This includes both inner sealed monoball joint and outer ball joint. The outer ball joint points up on this chassis. Price is for the right front (passenger's side).

When an E9X is lowered beyond the limits of just lowering springs, the rear wheels toe-in excessively. This excessive rear toe leads to premature wear, that many people attribute to an increase in negative camber. It has become a common belief that an extremely low vehicle will wear the tires wrong as a matter of consequence. It has become standard practice to go as low as you can and proceed to replace your tires every five to ten thousand miles. Whats more is that when the vehicle reaches a certain ride height, the factory arms become maxed out and there is no way to compensate and dial in the proper toe. You're left with an improperly aligned vehicle that is in effect worse off than it was with the stock suspension installed.

This is not only uneconomical but improper and unsafe. ECS Tuning is proud to offer a solution for this problem in the form of Rogue Engineering E9X adjustable rear toe arms. These arms allow for greater toe adjustment on vehicles that have been lowered with a coilover suspension. With the toe set properly the tires can contact the road properly this maximizes grip and minimizes wear.

The guide rod helps to locate the rear suspension to the subframe and controls changes in the alignment as the suspension moves. As the rubber bushings wear, the alignment can change drastically, leading to a loose or floating handling feel. Dinan sway bars are carefully engineered to match the driving dynamics of each BMW chassis. Dinan's research and development finds the ideal balance between improved handling while maintaining a comfortable ride. This set has been fine-tuned for the E90/E92 chassis to reduce bodyroll, improve steering and turn-in response, and reduce understeer. The front bar is hollow tubular steel for light weight with adjustable ends to dial in the handling characteristics. The rear bar is non-adjustable. These are the same sway bars used in Dinan's Stage 1 suspension and work best with Dinan shocks and springs or a similar sport suspension and wider rear tires.

R: 15.8mm, solid, non-adjustable, urethane bushings included
