Vargas performed CAE/Multiphysics simulation for both steady and unsteady state operating conditions in order to bring real-world performance benefits to your N54 build. This manifold is stronger, outflows the OEM manifold, and installs just as easily as your stock piece (no custom charge pipe or throttle body harness required). Available in five different finishes! Features: Full billet production using aircraft 6061-T6. NOT sheet metal Can be run Direct Injection only, or allows for EASY addition of Port Injection to any N54 engine with no plates, or bad injection angles DI Kit Contents: Pi Block off plugs to seal the ports for a compact design, no blocked off fuel rails All fittings, or plugs for Vacuum/Boost ports PI Kit Contents: Complete fuel rail with required fittings All hose connections required to run fuel lines using genuine Parker 801 hose and AN fittings All fittings, or plugs for Vacuum/boost ports Optional Injector Choice DI only completely removes the fuel rail for a compact look. Flow optimized for increased horsepower at top of the RPM band A variety of ports on the bottom, which allow you to run any of modular setups for PCV, vacuum needs A significant advantage in flow over stock manifold at top of the RPM range Weight is 13.6 lbs. VTT is proud to offer the very best Cold Side charge pipe solution for the BMW E Series N54 platform. This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with a single 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipe rated at over 200 psi. They are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the engine or ambient heat. Another huge benefit is only TWO connections which are barbed and has many small ridges which dig into the silicone so it’s impossible for the pipe to blow off.

This N54 pipe has a flange installed to support a Turbosmart BOV.

This is the EASIEST N54 charge pipe on the market to install hands down. Install takes about half an hour even if you are inexperienced with working on your own car, can take as little as 15-20 minutes if you have had it apart a few times.

The kit includes:

VTT Cold Side Silicone Charge pipe

2 VTT Branded CNC adapters to mount the map sensor, and a methanol bung

1 VTT Branded CNC adapters for the TB inlet

2 VTT branded T-Bolt Clamps

1 1/8 NPT port is included in the charge pipe for methanol
