This is the updated high pressure fuel pump for BMW's with the N54 or N55 turbo engine. The high-pressure fuel pump is a known weak point on the N54 and N55 engines and can cause limp mode or even leave you stranded if it fails. This is the latest and most current version of the fuel pump offered. Common symptoms of a failing pump include rough idle, engine misfires, sudden loss of power, or failure to start. If your vehicle still has an earlier revision of the pump, especially if it's modified or will be in the future, this is a worthwhile upgrade for improved reliability. This is the crankshaft position sensor. It provides information for the ECU. A faulty sensor can cause issues with timing adjustment and limit performance and vehicle operation. Replace your sensor with a high-quality Hitachi sensor to restore peak performance.
