The BMS N54/N55 Replacement E-Chassis Intercooler Upgrade for BMW improves cooling efficiency, boosts wheel horsepower, and maintains performance during extended driving sessions. With a larger core and expanded surface area compared to the stock intercooler, it reduces pressure drop and significantly enhances cooling capacity. Expect peak gains of around 10whp, with sustained increases of 20-30whp during long pulls or repeated runs versus the factory intercooler. This E-Chassis upgrade is ideal for setups up to 500whp, while the 7.5" RACE intercooler supports builds reaching 1000whp. Designed as a direct-fit replacement, the BMS intercooler is fully reversible and requires no additional hardware for installation. E-Chassis BMW FMIC Dimensions: 20" x 5.25" x 5.25".
