Using a combination of in-house designed parts and carefully-selected aftermarket components, we've put together an all-inclusive package that will allow you to replace your water pump and beef up your cooling system at the same time. Here's what's included: New water pump with replacement screws New thermostat Billet thermostat hose adapter (a great replacement for the stock, crack-prone plastic part!) Silicone coolant outlet hose Aluminized silicone water pump hose (aluminized for heat resistance to stay cool!) Heavy Duty aluminum coolant bleed screw (replace the strip-prone plastic screw!) The stock thermostat is designed to open at 97C. This leaves your engine running fairly hot, and running for quite awhile before your thermostat will begin operation. With the Mishimoto Racing thermostat, the activation temperature becomes 74C. That's 23C cooler, meaning you can rest easy knowing your engine will stay cooler to help avoid all the problems that can be associated with an engine running hot.
