BMW Engine Parts for BMW 7 Series F02 (2009+)

BMW B46 B48 B58 Motiv ReFlex 0-10 Bar Pressure Sensor is designed for accurate measurement of fluid and air pressure in high-performance applications. Ideal for monitoring a variety of pressures including fuel, boost, coolant, and oil, this sensor provides crucial data for optimizing vehicle performance.

Featuring a 2-Pin DTM connector, this sensor offers a direct plug-and-play connection to the ReFlex+ harness, ensuring a seamless integration with flash platforms via CANbus. Each ReFlex+ unit can support up to two of these sensors, allowing for comprehensive monitoring.

• Versatile Measurement: Capable of measuring fuel pressure, boost, coolant, oil, and other fluids.
• Easy Integration: 2-Pin DTM connector provides a direct plug-and-play connection.
• Comprehensive Monitoring: Supports integration of up to two sensors per ReFlex+ unit.
• High-Performance Design: Designed to handle high pressures and deliver accurate readings.

For optimal installation, consider using the 3/8 Female to 3/8 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8" NPT port on an ethanol sensor or the 5/16 Female to 5/16 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8" NPT port on a factory fuel line. Please note that the ethanol sensor is not included.

BMW B46 B48 Motiv ReFlex Plug-n-Play Ethanol Sensor Harness simplifies the integration of an ethanol content sensor into your BMW's Re|Flex system. This harness is designed to enhance your vehicle's performance by scaling the sequential port injection based on real-time ethanol content, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Key benefits include:

• Effortless Installation: Plug-n-play design makes it easy to connect an ethanol content sensor without extensive modifications.
• Real-Time Adjustments: Allows for automatic scaling of port injection based on real-time ethanol content, optimizing engine performance.
• Seamless Integration: For CANbus integrated vehicles, it facilitates integration with the factory DME/ECU (pending feature release by tuning platforms).
• No Manual Flashes Required: Removes the need for ground disconnection or map switching on your port injection controller.

Please note that the ethanol sensor is not included with this harness.

The N54 suffers from a weak point in its crankshaft. It has been reported that when increasing the power to the engine, the crank hub can move or spin slightly under an extreme load. This is most apparent under high-rev downshifts or in the case of increased boost pressure which creates more stress on the engines rotating assembly. In order to keep this from happening, the crank bolt must be secured to the hub to keep it from backing off, but this can be a tricky solution since a simple dab of Loctite will not suffice.

Here is an easy, and cost-effective way to secure the situation; The VTT N54 crank bolt capture. This lightweight and durable ring slips over the head of the crank bolt fully encapsulating it, and locks it to the crank hub and eliminating its ability to spin. The VTT-CBC is 100% Billet Aircraft Grade Aluminum, Anodized black to protect it from the elements, and give it a stealth look. What's more is that it weighs only 1.3 Oz's meaning you aren't adding excess mass to the crankshaft which will avoid any imbalance or vibration issues.

While this is not a full fix for all crank hub spinning issues, the engineers at Vargas have found most issues have stemmed from the bolt itself backing out, and this is a great way to keep that from happening. Extremely lightweight at only 1.3 Oz's it adds virtually no weight to the crank which is important for balance and vibration.

Kit Includes:

• 1x Aluminum Crank Bolt Capture
• 8x Fasteners Gr. 12.9

Valvetronic Actuator Replacement Kit

Revitalize your engine's Valvetronic system with the Valvetronic Actuator Replacement Kit. This comprehensive kit includes the Valvetronic actuator, actuator gasket, and valve cover gaskets, ensuring a complete overhaul for optimal performance. Crafted to OEM specifications, these components guarantee precise fitment and reliable functionality. Say goodbye to Valvetronic issues and restore your engine's efficiency with this all-in-one replacement kit.

The VANOS system on your N51, N52, and N54 engine controls the valve timing inside the engine. The system is hydraulically operated based on instructions from the engine computer. It's very complex and BMW has not yet perfected the system. The VAN0S solenoid is the actuator that takes instruction from the ECU and activates the VANOS unit on the front of the engine. When the solenoid is failing (or failed) you can end up with a rough running engine, misfires, bad fuel economy, lack of power, and more. It should trigger multiple fault codes and a check engine light for misfires, camshaft control, VAN0S solenoid, boost pressure control, and maybe others. It's important to thoroughly troubleshoot fault codes but VAN0S solenoids are a known issue with these engines.

The VANOS solenoids are located on the front of the engine and may be replaced without removing many other components. In some cases, you may be able to remove the suspect one, clean it, reinstall, and reset your fault codes. If your fault codes come back it's a strong indication that a replacement is required. Or you can buy the new solenoid and replace instead of doing the work twice.

VANOS solenoid for the intake and exhaust are the same part number. Order 2 if you want to replace them both.

When doing any sort of repair or maintenance there is no replacement for genuine factory parts. Turner Motorsport carries the Genuine BMW brand with pride and has the parts you need to complete your next project with confidence.

We recommend replacing the solenoid sealing gaskets as well when replacing the solenoid. You can find these under T#363393
