With less restriction, less effort is required to move the exhaust gasses which will free up horsepower and torque (and helps the turbos last longer). This center x-pipe fits between the Supersprint section 1 and section 2 pieces. Having an x-pipe equalizes and balances the exhaust gases coming from both banks of cylinders. It helps make the exhaust flow more efficient. The stock exhaust doesn't have this which makes this piece a nice added feature to your Supersprint system. Requries adapter sleeve listed below.

Placing resonators after cat-less downpipes will help tune the sound from the S63TU engine. By removing the factory catted downpipes you're removing a large sound muffler as well and adding resonators can help tone down the open exhaust. This Supersprint resonator is for the left side of section 1 of the exhaust. It is full stainless steel with a mandrel bent pipe for optimized exhaust flow. The Supersprint resonator has been tuned to work with the rest of their exhaust.
