BMW Engine Parts for BMW 6 Series F12 (2012+)

This is an OEM INA Idler Pulley, also known as the roller pulley or deflection pulley. The idler pulleys are known to be the primary sources for 'belt squealing'. The pulley is also encased in rubber which will crack over time. If left without service the rubber could fail completely, chucking the belt and leaving you stranded. Replacement is a very simple procedure and can be done anytime the fan is off the engine (belt replacement, water pump service, alternator replacement, etc).

OEM Schaeffler (INA, LuK, & FAG) is an engineering company that focuses on high-performance, precision manufacturing. With their individual brands INA, Luk, and FAG providing exceptionally high quality parts directly to BMW, as well as countless other automotive companies, their history of reliability and variety of offered parts makes Schaeffler a go-to replacement parts provider for all of us here at Turner Motorsport.

As a leading source of high performance BMW parts and accessories since 1993, we at Turner Motorsport are honored to be the go-to supplier for tens of thousands of enthusiasts the world over. With over two decades of parts, service, and racing experience under our belt, we provide only quality performance and replacement parts.  All of our performance parts are those we would (and do!) install and run on our own cars, as well as replacement parts that are Genuine BMW or from OEM manufacturers. BMW N52 3.0L, N55 3.0L Timing Chain Tensioner With Guard Rail

Ensure proper engine performance and prevent catastrophic damage with the BMW N52 3.0L, N55 3.0L Timing Chain Tensioner With Guard Rail. This essential component maintains tension on the timing chain, preventing slack that can lead to skipped teeth and engine failure.

Benefits:

• Maintains proper tension on the timing chain
• Prevents skipped teeth and potential engine damage
• Includes guard rail for added protection
• Quiets noisy timing chains

Keep your BMW engine running smoothly and reliably with the BMW N52 3.0L, N55 3.0L Timing Chain Tensioner With Guard Rail.

This eccentric shaft is a vital component of your BMW's N55 Valvetronic system, responsible for precise control of valve lift. In the N55 engine, the Valvetronic system uses intermediate levers between the camshaft and lifters to adjust valve lift dynamically. These levers are actuated by this eccentric shaft, which is rotated by an electronically controlled motor under the direction of the engine computer.

Eccentric shaft failure is a common issue in N55 engines, often caused by inadequate lubrication due to extended oil change intervals. The most frequent failure occurs when the eccentric shaft gear wears down, leading to disengagement from the motor's worm drive. Symptoms include multiple fault codes, such as P1014 (Shaft Parity Error), P1017 (Shaft Sensor Plausibility), P1023 (Valvetronic Adjustment Range), and P10E1 (Valvetronic System No Travel Detected).

If your BMW is experiencing Valvetronic-related fault codes, a failing eccentric shaft could be the source of the problem. Opt for this premium direct replacement from Bremmen Parts to restore your Valvetronic system's functionality and ensure a durable, high-quality repair.

Ensure reliable fuel system operation with this fuel tank breather hose featuring an integrated sucking jet pump. Designed to regulate tank pressure and facilitate seamless fuel transfer, this critical component helps maintain efficient engine performance and balanced fuel levels, especially in vehicles with saddle-style tanks.

The sucking jet pump ensures proper fuel distribution between tank compartments, while the breather hose prevents pressure build-up by managing vapor flow. Over time, constant exposure to fuel vapors and high temperatures can cause wear, leading to uneven fuel levels or reduced engine efficiency.

Replace your worn or damaged breather hose with this premium-quality solution from Bremmen Parts, designed for durability and a perfect fit to restore your vehicle's fuel system to peak performance.

Often an oversight in maintenance, ignition components are also susceptible to wear and tear. Spark Plugs can accumulate carbon, reducing the spark intensity and it's ability to properly ignite the air/fuel mixture, leading to misfires and generally declining performance. Other ignition components, such as coils, boots, wires, caps, and rotors, can also wear out over time due to factors like heat and contamination, preventing the current from reaching the spark plug.

To start over fresh with all new components, we now offer these Ignition Service Kits. Each kit comes with brand new OE quality components, replacing any potential fault points in your ignition system for peak performance!

See kit contents below for a complete list of included components.
