Every VRSF Charge Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent, T6061 grade aluminum including the flanges. Each flange is precision machined from CNC billet aluminum, including the throttle body, intercooler, and vacuum connections. After these are tig welded and hand-finished, they’re tested on multiple jigs in order to ensure proper fitment and a reliable, leak-free connection. Each VRSF charge pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder-coated finish that blends in perfectly with the engine bay. VRSF also includes one plugged 1/8' NPT bung that can be used for water injection, boost leak testing, or as a boost source. The OEM charge pipe is prone to failure at both stock and tuned boost levels which is why VRSF includes everything necessary to replace your flimsy OEM chargepipe including high quality, 4-ply silicone couplers as well as stainless steel t-bolt clamps. Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag. Durable wrinkle black powder coated finish. 4 ply silicone connectors & stainless steel t-bolt clamps included. Vargas Turbo has released their very own BMW B58 vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the intake manifold fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8" NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose three configuration options: Fitting by itself Fitting with one 1/4" barb and one plug Fitting with two 1/4" barbs Once installed it tucks perfectly under your engine cover. These are perfect for running your PI switch off manifold pressure, which is much more accurate than the charge pipe, and they are also great for BOVs running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do.

VTT is proud to announce another product in their carbon fiber product line. The BMW F-Series B58 Carbon fiber intake system! They COMPLETELY do away with the entire factory intake tract, including the accordion hose, the turbo muffler, and all of the restrictive bends. They then replaced it with a smooth radius 2.5"-4" Silicone intake pipe with wire impregnated to ensure strength and longevity. This is coupled with their billet intake connection for an OEM-like fit, and finish. VTT then created a 100% carbon factory-style intake top and coupled it with their stock-style high-flow cotton pre-oiled filters. These tops are 8 layers of 100% carbon, not a single layer wrapped over plastic and they are 1.3MM thick with the VTT logo vacuum printed onto the tops with a UV resistant gloss clear coating. This is not only strong but will resist discoloration for an extended period of time. The filters themselves are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow. These high flow intake inlets are constructed from high quality, tig welded brushed aluminum. This upgraded inlets is the most cost effective solutions for anyone looking to replace their restrictive factory inlet.
