WHAT IS SWAY BAR PRELOAD? When a sway bar is preloaded, it means that it is already twisted when the car is at rest, and it’s trying to roll the car to one side because of this. This will lead to asymmetric behavior and the car will favor tuning one way versus the other. Preload is detectable when the car is at ride height on a flat surface, and removal of an end link is difficult because the sway bar is already twisted and applying force on the bolt, or installing the end link is difficult because the bar needs to be twisted to insert the bolt through the hole in the sway bar. With equal-length non-adjustable sway bar end links, removing preload is not possible. By filling small voids in the four factory mounts as well as limiting vertical movement, this insert set eliminates the associated slop to ensure that you experience a more refined, connected driving experience, especially when driving at the limit. These billet aluminum parts will not pack and wear over time and offer a lasting performance improvement. The BMW F2x/F3x chassis use rubber rear subframe mounts that deflect under load, causing the rear end to feel vague and loose, as well as leading to less-than-optimal suspension geometry and increased understeer. These precision-machined billet aluminum inserts are designed to fill voids in the factory rear subframe mounts, and limit subframe movement without sacrificing ride quality or introducing any perceivable additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin. The result is a more refined, connected driving experience, as well as improved effectiveness of aftermarket rear sway bar upgrades and suspension components. Designed to work in conjunction with the factory rubber mounts, this insert package was engineered using CAD software and thoroughly tested and refined to provide a significant improvement in handling performance and feel. The 034Motorsport X34 Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake System enhances BMW F2X/F3X B58 performance, boosting horsepower and torque while delivering sporty induction and turbocharger sounds. Its sleek carbon fiber airbox design integrates a partially-enclosed airbox with a 3.5" inlet conical air filter mounted to a CNC-Machined Velocity stack, ensuring smooth airflow to the turbo inlet. Prioritizing airflow optimization around the air filter for maximum performance, the system features a CFD-optimized 4-Ply silicone intake tube, high-flow conical air filter with double-layer pleated cotton filtration medium, and air filter support to prevent unwanted movement. It offers increased airflow compared to stock intake, high-quality carbon fiber construction, enhanced throttle response and engine sounds, and simple installation with factory mounting points.
