ACT clutch kits stand unequaled in terms of consistent pedal feel, high torque capacity, long wear life and durability. In-house manufacturing is critical in tuning components specifically to each individual application while maintaining the predictable ACT pedal feel across the entire catalog.
This clutch kit features an Xtreme pressure plate, a Performance Street sprung clutch disc, and an XACT Streetlite Flywheel.
Their Xtreme pressure plate offers a 50-120% clamp load increase, moderate to heavy pedal feel, and is recommended for high performance street and racing applications. All diaphragms went through a four stage heating process for increased strength and unparalleled performance.
Next in this kit is the Performance Street clutch disc. This is the most popular sprung clutch disc and features high quality organic friction material with a high copper content for improved heat transfer and a steel backed lining for increased strength in burst load circumstances. This organic clutch disc has a significantly higher torque capacity than a stock disc but still retains a long life span and operates quietly and reliably.

This is Red Line's latest synthetic transmission fluid that is compatible with BMW's MTF-LT3 transmission fluid. This is the transmission fluid used in both manual and automatic transmissions since the mid-2000's. To confirm, check the decal located on the side of your transmission. Price is per quart.
Synthetic D6 ATF is a lower viscosity version of the D4ATF and is designed for better fuel efficiency in CAFE testing. Dexron VI requires a different approach to a conventional ATF formulation. Rather than beginning with a 7.5 cSt fluid and allowing a viscosity loss in use to drop to 5.5 cSt, the Dexron VI fluid requires a starting viscosity of less than 6.4 and a final drop to no less than 5.5 cSt. Red Line D6 will drop to no less than 6.1 cSt. Since the final viscosity after use of these fluids are similar, Dexron VI fluids can be used where Dexron III fluidswere previously recommended (with the exception of some manual transmission applications, our customers report).
D6 ATF also provides significantly improved gear protection and will provide a GL-4 level of gear protection. The balanced frictional characteristics provide smooth and consistent shifts for extended drain intervals. The superior stability compared to petroleum ATFs allows high-temperature operation without varnishing valves and clutches which leads to transmission failure.
Experience unparalleled performance with Red Line CV-2 Grease, expertly crafted to endure extreme temperatures and pressures found in high-performance wheel bearings and CV-joints. This premium grease surpasses both conventional and synthetic options with its exceptional high-temperature stability, superior extreme-pressure protection, and water resistance. Operating effectively in temperatures spanning from -100°F to 500°F, it offers outstanding oxidation and corrosion resistance, minimal evaporation and oil separation, and has minimal impact on rubber seals. Expect a remarkable 200% to 800% increase in bearing life due to the exceptional extreme-pressure performance and synthetic oil fluidity. Its red moly compound outshines black moly disulfide lubricants, ensuring superior lubrication.
Red Line CV-2 Grease finds application not only in automotive settings but also in industrial environments. It excels in high-temperature alternator bearings, high-speed ball bearings, conveyor bearings, worm gear drives, servo mechanisms, and other scenarios prone to fretting wear and corrosion. Its consistency and extreme-pressure performance endure high-temperature and high-shear conditions, extending the performance life of lubricated components. Despite darkening after high-temperature use, its efficacy remains unaffected. While compatible with some petroleum-based greases, it's recommended to clean out old grease thoroughly for optimal lubrication performance and to avoid grease incompatibility.
