Our turbo upgrades range from stock turbos rebuilt with stronger internals to all-new, ground-up turbo upgrades. BMW turbos such as the N54 are capable of really impressive power numbers on stock engine internals but the factory turbos lack the precise tolerances and reliability that an upgraded unit will deliver. In other words, the stock turbos can only do so much and if big power (>400whp) is your goal a turbo upgrade must be in your plans. Our partners are leading experts in turbo technology and upgrades. CTS is proud to announce the release of a premium ball-bearing turbo kit with stainless steel exhaust housing for the F2x and F3x BMW platforms equipped with N55 EWG engine. CTS utilized transient flow analysis backed by flow bench testing to optimize turbine housing for a GTX3582R while maintaining stock fitment, stock location, and using the stock waste gate (this is not a stock turbo with a bigger compressor wheel). This allows one to run any stock fitment exhaust downpipe, intake and charge pipe. The result is a factory-location big turbo that is capable of producing over 800hp with supporting mods. You can simply transfer your factory wastegate, your high performance downpipe, intake and charge pipe during the install. No custom parts are needed!
